We had the pleasure of working a vendor booth next to Cave City in Scottsboro this weekend for the renaissance faire and from one small business to another, they are amazing. They were friendly, quick, attentive, professional, fun, and their pulled pork was absolutely unreal. It was super juicy, super flavorful, their barbeque sauce added just the right amount of tang and spice, and it was absolutely delicious.
These guys are absolutely the real deal and we 100% recommend them and their food. 10/10 and we hope to work alongside you again.

Great and creative way to deliver an explosion of flavor! I’ve never heard anyone use nap times as a smoking timer, but then again, I suppose that is how the Mac N Cheese BBQ Bowl was conceived. 😆

They care about very much more than just the business and the customer, they go above and beyond to take care of everyone. The food is fantastic, the meat is juicy and tender, the flavor is rich and unique. The BBQ bowls are my favorite. Wow, I am impressed.
