Great and creative way to deliver an explosion of flavor! I’ve never heard anyone use nap times as a smoking timer, but then again, I suppose that is how the Mac N Cheese BBQ Bowl was conceived. 😆

I absolutely love the food on this truck! I don't eat meat and haven't in 8 years but I gave the BBQ a try & it is out of this world AMAZING!! It is so moist & the flavor is perfect. The sides are really delicious. I love the cheesecake, it is the best cheesecake I have ever had! Thank you so much for the amazing food here. We will be back ?
