Our first time eating at Galen’s and we enjoyed our breakfast. I had the egg cheese and ham sandwich and my husband had the BLT. He said it was the best he had. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. I do recommend eating at Galen’s.

Waitress seemed confused and did not know the menu. Food was slow to be served even though they weren't very busy. Our guests ordered burger and fries, and they said the food was hot and very good. My wife and I ordered chicken tenders, which were tough, barely warm, and tiny. 2 pieces of chicken about 2 inches by 1/2 inch served on a large plate that made both of us ask what else was supposed to go on the plate. The mashed potatoes and green beans were warm and tasty, so that was a plus. I have eaten breakfast there many times and was thoroughly pleased. Maybe they were just having an off day.

Went here for lunch today. Got the wing combo who tries, and The wings were overcooked. Got the chicken alfredo to go with extra chicken and extra bread. They forgot how to put the extra chicken and the food and it was greasy. But the service who's awesome. The server checked in to make sure I was okay. I need anything they were there.

The past three times i order they left half my order out or i would order large fish plate get home it is a small plate but my biggest complaint and truly hate to complain but when ypu specifically ask for a slice of onion with it. and dont getbut one leaf of onion i want a big slice please and u get home and u when u finally find the oniom leaf bite it realy make you mad and mess up dinner so this happen ragain todaylasttime they didnsame thing woniom forgot my they gave me small plate not large didsnt but silverware forgot saladand tea second time for that but but they always give u a quarter pedal far from a large

In Alabama on business, and on our way back south from Huntsville, we discovered Galen's. Since its my name, just had to stop by. Very friendly southern family hole in the wall (and I don't mean this in a bad way at all). Food was good and the staff was great.
