I went to this Hardees a few days ago and i just want to say, the young lady working your drive thru - was THE NICEST FAST FOOD WORKER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERD. She made my whole day calling me babe when i left lol. This woman is management material and needs to give a lecture to all other fast food workers on how to treat customers.

When pulling up the building looks like it’s closed down no lights it look run down. I get it’s new hope Alabama but still the owner should have some pride. Last never did get our order the only 2 people there was me an another car. I’m not even kidding took 10 mins to place the order it took another 18 mins just waiting at the window no one ever came to the window 😂 I’m going to guess there was only one person working so can’t be mad but to the owners you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself making someone work alone. An have some freaking pride in your business. Would be my guess why your so dead on a Sunday a being one of the 2 places to get food in new hope. Would not recommend unless you just need an place to park an rest 😂

Ordered the most luscious cheese burger I've had in my life from this Hardee's! It was the double bacon cheese burger and OMG!!!! That and the staff was Incredibly friendly and genuine and clean! If I passed this way more often, I would definitely be a regular!!

My order was wrong and missing items so if you stop by this location better check your bag before you pull away and from the get go ask for napkins because I guess the employees are paying for the napkins now days because they dang sure are stingy with them
