It's a time machine. Great BBQ. I had brisket and it was firm and tender with good flavor. The atmosphere is like you're on someone's porch. Seating is limited and along the front wall of windows. There is also outdoor seating under a pavilion by the river.
The Service by the man was very rude. We have tried to eat here twice. Once we were able to sit in screened in porch area.
The next time we were told we had to take the food to leave they were closing for the football 🏈 game to come>on.
We haven't been back, the prices were ridiculously high. No piece of pie is worth
$6.

I've heard of this place several times and finally decided to give them a try. I ordered the 1lb turkey, whole chicken and roasted corn. Everything tasted so good, but my family especially liked the turkey. The turkey was cooked perfectly and was so juicy and tasty. I will be going back this weekend for more turkey and something different.
