Cold, dry and not cooked to order steak. Also the political ICE video was so wrong. You should want to serve everyone.

We had an excellent meal at 43 Prime! Started off with some onion rings and then we had a porterhouse and the most perfectly fried grouper fingers I have ever had. Best of all, my man Cade delivered incredible service. Highly recommend and Roll Tide!

The owe is nice and sees to it the you have a good experience and that your food is right. The food is wonderful and cooked just right. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone.
My husband and I got take out Saturday June 7th. The filet was so tough that you couldn’t hardly get a knife to cut it and rubbery tasting so it was thrown in the trash. Then my husband went to go get him something to eat from Buffalo Wild Wings. It was like someone put the steak in the microwave. I called to talk to someone about it and was told the owner was at his daughter’s wedding and would give me a call back. They took my information and now it’s been a week later and I haven’t received a phone call yet. We was eating there about 2-3 times a month.

This place only makes any type of money because there isn’t really much up 43. The food is really sub par by a mile. Think this review is crap. Try the food. The steaks in my opinion are terrible. Got a porterhouse that was bought from Waffle House. Nice people. Just their steaks are terrible.

43 Prime used to be our favorite place to eat. We would frequently eat there, on average 2-3 times a month. The cheese sticks, best ever made. But in the last 3-4 visits, the steaks were over cooked and came out cold. Hair was found in our food as well. New cook possibly? Maybe. But it will be a long time before we go back.

My family went tonight due to kids eat free. Ordered our food, ate, and everything was ok. Got our check and I noticed one of two kids meals was not free (we also ordered 2 adult entrees). Server said that the kids steak wasn’t free now and that it was something new and he forgot to tell us…. I told him then we would have ordered something else if we had only known. He just said he forgot…. We looked at the kids menu again and the board behind the front counter - both only say kids eat free with purchase of an adult meal, which we did. So he didn’t tell us, the menu mentions nothing about it, and there is no other signs indicating that 1 of the items on the KIDS MENU was not free. I didn’t argue it, we just paid and left. Crazy to lose a customer for life because you forgot and offered to do NOTHING about it…. 🤦🏻♂️
