This is the 3rd time ive tried this location and every time there's hardly any meat on the Reuben i always get. As well as the bread was like leather. Absolutely the worst Arby's ive ever been to. The nightshift staff was very unfriendly. I will not be back to this location unless changes are made.

Rarely get fast food. Went through Arby's drive-thru in Northport AL today and was pleasantly surprised! Speaker was loud and clear. Person taking order and person at window were both friendly. Food was fresh and actually hot. Best of all the reasonable prices! Classic Beef & Cheddar costs $5.59. And they have sliders (chicken, etc.) for $2.19!! Tried the buffalo chicken slider, tasty. 2 thumbs up!

I bordered a roast beef sandwich and it couldn't have been drier if they had tried. Literally could not eat it. Very disappointed.

Second time going to this location in 3 weeks and very disappointed both times. My cheesesteak was absolutely ridiculous no meat just peppers and sauce. Second time my roast beef dry as a power house drive thru person not to friendly. Its ridiculous

UPDATE: the entire year of 2024 they NEVER had chocolate to drizzle on the Jamocha. They said they don't get it anymore and they don't inform the customer before ringing it up. For me, this changes the entire Taste Profile of the Jamocha and they still CHARGE you the same amount!!! I haven't been back and I've lost my trust in Arby's. Taking away 2 stars.
Awful. My mom and I walked in, nobody was at the front and we stood there for a second - even saw someone in the back… never came up front. So, we didn’t even order and left promptly. Not impressed at all.
HOWEVER, we went to the Tuscaloosa location near the movie theater. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THERE DESERVES A RAISE!!! WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!
