Second time going to this location in 3 weeks and very disappointed both times. My cheesesteak was absolutely ridiculous no meat just peppers and sauce. Second time my roast beef dry as a power house drive thru person not to friendly. Its ridiculous

UPDATE: the entire year of 2024 they NEVER had chocolate to drizzle on the Jamocha. They said they don't get it anymore and they don't inform the customer before ringing it up. For me, this changes the entire Taste Profile of the Jamocha and they still CHARGE you the same amount!!! I haven't been back and I've lost my trust in Arby's. Taking away 2 stars.

Awful. My mom and I walked in, nobody was at the front and we stood there for a second - even saw someone in the back… never came up front. So, we didn’t even order and left promptly. Not impressed at all.
HOWEVER, we went to the Tuscaloosa location near the movie theater. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THERE DESERVES A RAISE!!! WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!

We came at 11:40pm. They didn’t give us any ice with our drinks because they had already broke the ice machines down. Then we had to pull forward and she couldn’t even come outside to deliver the food because she said the door would lock behind her. So we had to get out of our vehicle and get it. Then they gave us no sauce with our order. The fries tasted like they had been there hours. Overall -1 star

It's sad when you go to a Restaurant and spend almost $40 on dinner for your family and get disappointed. I ordered 2 fish and Cheddar sandwiches cooked to order. They were redropped with a dab of cheese sauce and a dab of tartar sauce. My Potato cakes were redropped and Nasty. My 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches were given on regular buns that I didn't ask for. I'm very disappointed and pissed.!! No one wants to get off work to garbage

For those who love roast beef it’s the place to go. The beef and cheddar especially. I gave up cow as a food a long time ago though and was thrilled when Arby’s started a Turkey and cheddar sandwich - then they killed it. I often can talk them into subbing turkey for the roast beef though and love it when they are ok with doing so. Also excellent: Curly fries, with a cup of cheddar for dipping. Delicious. Another good item is the Gyros, I get the turkey version and have been pleased with them. One other great thing: Jamocha shakes.

The manager must have a very demanding job. Otherwise they would have time to check on the staff. To ensure they don't over cook the meat so its to dry to enjoy. And they don't clump the meat up like a ball. I truly don't expect a a wonderful dining experience from Arby's. But it would be nice to get what you pay for.
