Wednesday morning at 940 I was informed anything that I ordered would take an hr. Called the manager at the store. Of course there was only 2 ladies there. And all she could say was I'm sorrry... yeah yall are SORRY AS HELL.... really an hr. Then ypu need to open at 1030. Ran me late too work with no food.

Lady at the counter was very impatient and rude white taking our order. Then when we got to the table and opened the bag there was no cheese sauce which we had paid for.They tried to tell us that they gave it to us but I was standing there with the bag and my wife was seated at a table and they could plainly see that we did not have a cheese sauce. Someone in the kitchen said that it went out and someone picked it up. That'maybe but it wasn't us. Why would I try to scam them for a 50cent sauce when I just spent $18 on food. The beef in our sandwiches was of the poorest quality that I have ever had. It looked like they scraped up all the little bite sized pieces off the counter and put them on our sandwiches. This would be a good spot to put a real arbys.

I was the first inside customer of the day, so I got to watch my sandwiches being made while my fries fried.Friendly staff and speedy service.5 ?Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian, you need to go somewhere else for lunch!
The food was cold and was terrible. Service from the front lady was horrible. She was very rude about my coupons. And actually rolled her eyes at me . Then when we got home this was my large fries. Absolutely ridiculous.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not the workers are so rude to people it's probably not even safe to take your kids there in case they decide to fight people.
The food wasn't hot, but the fries was. The apple turnover wasn't good at all. What I don't understand is why is it so hard to serve hot fresh food these days.
