Had high hopes when we went in. Fun decor celebrating the history of Alabama football. The employees were super nice, and it was clean. I tried the Mac and cheese and potato salad as my sides and they were both pretty good. The sausage that came on the sausage plate was not so great. It was burnt, and dried out. Not the best I have ever had, needless to say I was very disappointed. The sauce was ok, nothing great. They wanted more money for extra sauce, for some reason...
Stopped in for a burger and gheeze they didn't disappoint! The burger comes with all the fixins on it and is cooked to perfection. Tried the potato saladas my side and wish I could have ordered a bucket of it. It was creamy and tangy, and oh so good. The restaurant as a whole is extremely clean and definitely doesn't give off the same heeby jeebys as some other down south barbeque joints.
I haven't posted about a restaurant in a while, but this place deserves it!! Got stuck in Tuscaloosa on a job and decided to find something to eat. I asked a guy what was good in the area and he told me about another bbq place. I ended up googling and found Bama BBQ and grill bc of the posted pics. Small town atmosphere, very friendly staff and amazing food!!! Try the smoked wings and any of the sides and you can thank me later. I'll be looking forward to getting stuck...
