Not a single clue as to why this roach coach even opened back up. Against my better judgement I got a sausage biscuit from here at 6:00am this morning. SIX AM…I get it out of the bag & it looks like someone sat on it. Open it up & the biscuit just fell apart. It fell apart because it’s so DRY & CRUMBLY. The sausage as well. I guess it might have been decent a few days ago. Absolutely disgusting.

How can you guy's close down for however long you did,open back up and the product isn't any better? 🤨So, I saw you guy's were open and me being the supportive back to business individual I am, decided to stop buy and grab my grandson and I some breakfast 😒. Should have stuck with my first thought and zoomed on by. Any who,got home open the bag and what did I 👀???? Some old I was cooked at 5 in the morning chicken and half done old and crusty hash browns. I said now this is exactly why I stop coming here years ago, but I'm going to blame this on me, being I should have gave the product back after smelling something burnt coming from my bag. People all I'm saying is I know in the restaurant industry you guy's at times are exhausted, trust me I know,but I also know it takes 10 minutes to have a customer for life and 3 minutes too lose one forever. Now it's sad to say I live .05 minutes from you guy's, but I literally go all the way to five points just too eat bojangles. PLEASE DO NOT SERVE OLD FOOD,ESPECIALLY CHICKEN.I know some customers are in a hurry and waiting isn't their thing,but I'm most definitely not one of them. If I have too sit and extra 10 minutes for fresh food, I have no problem waiting. Now you guy's enjoy the rest of your day.😊

I tried blueberry sausage and biscuits. My first one the biscuit was fresh and that sausage was hard and old. My second biscuit was fresh and the sausage wasn't hard and old like the first one.. Overall the biscuit itself was great.. Just needs to make sure they throw all the old sausage away before serving it to customer. We had to pull to front to wait anyway. So I didn't mind waiting a little longer for fresher sausage..

I can’t rate the food because we stood at the register for 7 minutes being told someone would be with us in a moment…while they only focused on drive-thru. Why have a lobby if you don’t want customers coming inside and they don’t matter? Employees walked by us several times while waiting to have our order even heard…ridiculous. Horrible customer service.
Came in for lunch. Everyone was nice and pleasant. The lady I assume was the manager left, perhaps end of her shift. An African American lady with long brownish- blonde hair came in and from the time she got behind the counter it was nothing but a cuss fest. F bombs, GD, N word, complaining about a manager...just constant. In front of paying customers. Absolutely unprofessional, and very off-putting. I'm glad I didn't have my daughter with me. I will say she was nice to the person in drive-thru when she took his order, but then right back to the vulgarity when he left.Apparently she doesn't care about her job and will leave in a second, as she told another employee.Unacceptable.

We ordered the 2 ham biscuits and the ham was paper thin. You could literally see through it. The order was also wrong. We got a chicken biscuit with pimento cheese and they didn’t put the pimento cheese on the biscuit. Biscuits were so dry they were crumbling in my hand. The worst experience I have ever had at this
