I love burger king but this one disappoints. I went through the drive thru. First off, she did not give me a receipt. Then she sent me to the front and I waited for 15 minutes for our food. No straws. No condiments. Never coming to this location again.

I had a great experience at Burger King #6105 in Northport! The staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. My order was hot, fresh, and made just the way I asked. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast, even during the lunch rush. I really appreciated the great customer service—it made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

I've when to the same restaurant now 4-5 times in a row.... Everytime my foods wrong. I complain and they get loud with me.... This last time on July 3 they didn't give me what I asked for and when I went to get it they.
1. Lied to me about what was in the combo( I know this because said combo was in the app)
2. Told me after I had bought and paid for the 15-20.00 how to train your dragon meal, that they didn't have the ice cream. And refused to give me the cheese sticks that came in the meal.
3. Cussed at me and told me that she would just call the police and that's all I was getting so it was just up to me...
4. Again mind you, this woman was a supervisor and I've previously had problems like this but the customer service isn't in this place!
That being said until I get my lil 35.00 back for THE WHOLE MEAL due to the inconvenience of what I went through, I won't be returning and everyone I know IS GONNA HEAR ABOUT THIS PLACE!

Well they're supposed to be open until 1:00 a.m. but they are closed or so they say at 11:30 p.m. the car behind me followed suit with me and drove off and then there was another car pulling in as we were pulling out. As I drove around the building I looked inside and as to what appeared maybe a manager sitting at one of the tables on the inside with a headset on. I have been sitting at the drive-thru for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. I was on the phone with my buddy and so I told him I was going to use my work phone and call that restaurant real quick to see what they were doing after about the 5th ring is when she came over the loudspeaker. Just piss poor! Come on Burger King what the hell?! Either find someone to work or close it down

Stop through drive they took my order only one in line at the time.pulled around waited about a minute for t h em to take my money then they did not give me no receipt so I waited T window for at least 5 minutes then some guy asked me to pull up ok.then a couple cars came and got there food then go around me then another car had to pull up behind me still no food about 8 minutes after I pulled up. Then finally my order came out after all to getter I waited about 16 minutes for 2 regular burgers.

They really served this to me on top of having missing items with my order and had to sit and wait an extra 30-45 minutes and this is what I wasted my money on luckily I looked and caught it before I ate it I took one bite n knew something was off they should be shut down for this
