The food truck was parked in the piggly wiggly plaza down 69 s today. Was driving home & randomly decided to check them out (2PM ish). We got the pulled pork plate. It comes with a bbq sauce, buns & 2 sides. We got baked beans & banana pudding. Good portion. I thought the beans were okay but my husband liked it. Pulled pork was fresh, tender & perfectly seasoned. Banana pudding was really good. They weren’t busy so we got our plate fast & they were friendly....
Got a pulled pork plate with beans and banana pudding, everything was good but the pulled pork was great! Its seasoning and smoked flavor is the best I've had in Tuscaloosa so far!
I’ve known the Creeks for over 5 years & Chris’ cooking has ALWAYS been a treat (especially on the grill or smoker).
Life finally brought me to the Northport area on a day the food truck was open, so I had to stop in. OMG! I had forgotten how mouth watering his BBQ is! I ended up getting two meals out of my plate. If you haven’t given this truck a chance, you’re definitely missing out.
Bonus: Got to catch up with an old friend yesterday.
