Drive through food. They fish I didn't eat, didn't like it. The coleslaw was warm and creamy, didn't it that. The shrimp was fair.

Absolutely did not approve the quality of the food.the fish was COMPLETELY dried out as if it had been sitting for a while as well as the shrimp. The jalapeño poppers were undercooked. The okra was too soft. Overall meal was not worth the visit

I’m a truck driver I only have so much time to drive a day then I have to responsibly find a place to park before my time runs out! I have to plan out my routes because big trucks can’t maneuver In some places! I checked the time and they closed at 10! I arrived at 915 pm and the doors were locked I knocked on the door and a lady with big glasses ignored me! This is the reason franchises are losing customers because of lazy workers who don’t realize that the closure time means the last customer walks in at 10 and still gets served! Happened 6/18/2025 at 9:15pm

I wanted over 20 minutes in the drive through and no one came went to the window no one in front. How can a owner of a restaurant make money when the workers don't care. No wonder people stop going to restaurant now days. 5/25/25 7:30 p.m. The younger generation doesn't care they just want a paycheck. To run a restaurant you have to have people who cares about their job if not the restaurant will never make any money and shut down. When the manager doesn't care the workers won't either.

I was very surprised at the amount of food. I was also pleasantly surprised that Captain Ds has not shrinkflation their menu. Fish and chips like In1985 have the same taste and same amount of food. Drive through was fast and foodnwas hot!

Cold brocolli. Cold shriml. Youre going to get people sick.March 19th 2025. 5 pm. Very hard to order. Food was not fresh. Shrimp were cold. I don't understand why I'm told to wait we cook it to order on some days and like today I'm immediately handed not the freshest food after a very hard explaining my order ?
Came in because the line was so long however got in and didn’t realize the orders were not being prepared in order! I had waited 15 minutes and the guy who came in 10 minutes after me meal was delivered to him first! Whether they forget me or mixed up the order I was furious! By this time I wasn’t waiting any longer I got my money back and went down the street

Ordered Deluxe Seafood Platters and 1 piece battered fish dinner. Went into drive thru...Food was good and hot! Delish!
We came about 3:30 this afternoon and had a great experience! Rhonda and Robert were amazing at the register. Our food was fresh and hot and Rhonda made sure the dining room was cleaned and everyone had what they needed! Will definitely come back when they are here!!
