I set in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Person who took order was rude ! I finally drove off. They need some new workers. If was possible to give a zero I would have.

Payed 7$ for a single slice of cheesecake went to get my food and inside the place they had a small child shoeless running around in the kitchen and outside the kitchen very unprofessional and to top it all off completely forgot my cheesecake do not go here!.

Drive through food. They fish I didn't eat, didn't like it. The coleslaw was warm and creamy, didn't it that. The shrimp was fair.
Absolutely did not approve the quality of the food.the fish was COMPLETELY dried out as if it had been sitting for a while as well as the shrimp. The jalapeño poppers were undercooked. The okra was too soft. Overall meal was not worth the visit

I’m a truck driver I only have so much time to drive a day then I have to responsibly find a place to park before my time runs out! I have to plan out my routes because big trucks can’t maneuver In some places! I checked the time and they closed at 10! I arrived at 915 pm and the doors were locked I knocked on the door and a lady with big glasses ignored me! This is the reason franchises are losing customers because of lazy workers who don’t realize that the closure time means the last customer walks in at 10 and still gets served! Happened 6/18/2025 at 9:15pm

I wanted over 20 minutes in the drive through and no one came went to the window no one in front. How can a owner of a restaurant make money when the workers don't care. No wonder people stop going to restaurant now days. 5/25/25 7:30 p.m. The younger generation doesn't care they just want a paycheck. To run a restaurant you have to have people who cares about their job if not the restaurant will never make any money and shut down. When the manager doesn't care the workers won't either.

I was very surprised at the amount of food. I was also pleasantly surprised that Captain Ds has not shrinkflation their menu. Fish and chips like In1985 have the same taste and same amount of food. Drive through was fast and foodnwas hot!
