7:30 pm in 3/31/24.I know retail and the food industry is a thankless job at times but I was customer 2 out of 2 and the MOD tonight for the drive thru was disgusting in her communication skills and a very poor reflection of herself and Captain D’s. I see you already have multiple reviews for the same person already on your website so I don’t expect much to happen other than say: if you are having a hard time with training and developing your management team if a employer market with less and less people spending disposable income at your location then seek out some Sonic car hops or read some Amazon reviews to better help you with management training.(I’m not talking about an entry level person, I’m talking about the same person that Captain D’s interviewed and said “this will be a great candidate and customer service standard we will put our trust into.”

Did not get any food. Stood in line for fifteen minutes and no one came to take my to go order. While waiting the cook announced that they were out of green beans and then that they were out of hush puppies. At that point I called my wife and decided to leave. Really wanted me some captain D's fish but realized it wasn't going to happen. Sad
Daughter and I coming back from Arkansas during the holiday and she wanted shrimp and this is the closet she was going to get to fresh while traveling on the road. I always stop here so the food is always hot and tasteful.

Drive thru lady was not friendly at all. She didn't greet us, she didn't thank us. The only thing she actually said was the price of our two orders. Shrimp was fried a little to long, it was hard. The rest of the food was delicious.

Listening is fundamental! So is reading! We had 5 shrimp plates, 15pcs shrimp per plate, thats 75 shrimp. We asked for a lot of SHRIMP sauce. When we got home there was not one single shrimp sauce, all of it was tartar sauce. What a waste of sauce just to dump in the trash. The sauce containers look alike, so we assumed they were correct.

Something's Fishy and it ain't the Food. The guy serving us was holding the tray while clutching at his crouch to hold his pants up. I know "busting a sag" and showing the crack of your ass is the fashion today, but even dumb Jeffro and Ellie May had enough sense to use a rope to hold their pants up.
