I visited checkers on Nov. 1st @1pm with several orders for me and co workers. We all had the same thing and neither of our meals is up to par to even want to think about eating. The sandwich is super cold from the meat to the bread and also the chicken bites are cold and hard, I haven’t had checkers in years and I see why. The service sucks! Very disappointed!

We ordered Big Buford combos. They were double cheeseburgers with everything except onions. They came with those seasoned fries which are great and some large drinks even though we asked for medium. We ate outside in the cold and wind. That was a trip! Food was hot and delicious. I didn't take pics because it was too damn windy.

It seems like there is only one or two people in this location keeping speed and courtesy.The location is often closed between 9-10 pm, with there being only one employee taking the time to clean up when there were more not even a couple hours before.There have been many times where my order is wrong, along with an inconsistent wait time where when there is less business i have to wait longer.

I went to the window, they told me they were only taking drive through. I drove through, when I pulled up to order I was told that the car in front of me was the last order for 30 minutes. I went down to another restaurant and got my food. I drove back by 15 minutes later and they were serving people.

Just left this Checkers and found a nice surprise inside my drink. Someone's hair on the I side of the lid. Kinda gross =/ and don't say hi to the lady in the drive thru, she won't say anything back..

Ordered online to pickup. Banana shakes, as on menu, paid when ordered, when got there, they had no bananas of course, so ordered strawberry shakes. Those were horrible! Tasked like melted coolwhip with cheap strawberry syrup, so sweet & runny, no icecream type consistency of a milkshake. Yuck! I thought even though the burgers I got there 2 months ago were nasty, the shakes are too!! Wont be going back for anything! wasted money & wasted trip! ??

Went through drive through only to find out they were only serving fried foods only. Why not post a sign at the beginning of the drive through to avoid your customers from having to sit in a drive-through line until they are able to leave. Do better…
