Chick-fil-A is known for consistent quality, and the new Northport location is no exception when it comes to fresh, hot food and gracious service. Every order I’ve placed has been spot-on—crispy chicken, hot waffle fries, and perfectly prepared breakfast items like chicken biscuits and hash browns. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and never misses a “my pleasure.”
That said, the speed of service has felt a little off during my recent visits. The drive-thru lines can get long (as expected), but even once you’re in line or at the window, the rhythm sometimes feels clunky. It’s not chaotic—just slower than what I’ve come to expect from other Chick-fil-A locations. This might be due to it being a newer store still finding its groove, and I want to give grace for that.
What stands out is the team’s attitude. Even when it’s busy or a bit delayed, they don’t rush interactions or skip on courtesy. That professionalism matters and makes the wait a little more tolerable. I can see this store improving with time and training—and I’ll definitely keep returning, especially since the food quality hasn’t missed a beat.
Overall, it’s a solid addition to the Northport area. Once they tighten the flow a bit, it’ll match the excellence Chick-fil-A fans have come to expect.

I ordered a chicken sandwich for the first time and it was good. All my food was hot!!!!
sure, the employees are nice and they are typically fast. But they have given me partially frozen/raw fries that are stuck together the past 3 times I’ve come here. They will give me small fries to replace the several that are frozen, even though I ordered a large, but that is too inconvenient to be doing every time. I will go to another chickfila or cook at home.

Didn't realize my points expire so trying to order what I can before losing them. Ordered a medium fruit cup, the cup itself was medium sized but the fruit amount is what comes in a small. The attitudes by the workers have changed. Only reason I'm still dealing with this place is to use up my points I earned. Several other issues too not sure what's changed but this and the south store on Skyland has gone way downhill.

I went to the northport location and purchased about $30 worth of food. The problem occurred when I was trying to leave and faced off with oncoming traffic from the nearby highway and neighborhood Walmart traffic combined with leaving chic fil a traffic. I couldn’t get out of the chic fil a without waiting for a clear opportunity however as I’m sitting there waiting with my daughter one of the workers from chic fil a comes and knocks on my windows tells me I’m holding up her line. She made me feel like once they got my money I needed to hurry along. I don’t recommend going there you’ll fight traffic and argue with disgruntled workers who are more worried about how fast they can get you out of there.
