Went to pick up order placed online. Asked girl at counter for ranch. She said they were out, yet a whole unopened box sat on the counter was labeled as ranch sauce, asked if she could open and she said no. She wouldn’t give us any other extra sauces. Chicken was overcooked and dry. I reached out to the store and I told the girl that answered about it and she could have cared less. I think I would rather drive to Tuscaloosa if I want Chic Fil A. Northport location is not good.

I often go here on my lunch break at work. Employees are always happy to see me and 0 complaints with the food. However, I hate the push towards drive-thru-ification of restaurants, and chick fil a is the most egregious. I walk to this location and have nearly been hit by large SUVs multiple times as there is zero consideration for pedestrians in the parking lot.Parking: No consideration is made for pedestrians. Walk carefully and be alert lest you get run down by someone driving too quickly without paying attention

Always pleasant staff food is very delicious. I would say the traffic is probably the worst thing to go through they do make the line go by fast but the location is just tough to get through.
