The drive thru needs some work. You can't give 10 cars behind the 1st car food and except people to understand. If you have the first car order first they should get there food or at least asked to pull up so people can get out. Fries not in our bag and no receipt to prove what we order. We have supported this location since it opened but we have decided to drive a little further so we can have good service.

This was one of the most frustrating Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I stopped by after our overnight shift. My total was $15.73, and I handed the cashier $20.75.

She came back with our food and only returned 5 cents, even though she owed us $5 in change. When we told her, she went back inside and started discussing it with her coworkers instead of simply correcting the mistake. Then they told her to ask us to pull up, and another worker came out asking for my name and number — over something as straightforward as giving the correct change.

On top of that, one of our biscuits was completely dry, which only added to the disappointment.

I live 45 minutes away, and I have nothing to gain by lying about $5. What I expect is basic accuracy, professionalism, and the level of service Chick-fil-A claims to stand for. This visit fell far below that.

put me in for the wrong order then expect me to pay more for his mess up. i work in fast food you fix the mistakes not make the customers pay more. train your works

This was probably my best waffle house experience. I have been to quite a few. Our server was an amazing young woman, very attentive even though she had a full restaurant and was the only server. The cook did a fine job as well. It was clean and just a great stop!

I can’t believe I’m giving a chick fil an anything but 5 stars, but our experience doesn’t deserve 5 stars. We got in the very long drive through line. Totally understandable that it would be a long line bc it was dinner time! The issue is that we were stuck in the line with our food for over 15 minutes bc, for whatever reason, all the cars behind the first few cars (including myself) got their food way before the first few cars. I was stuck in line waiting on them to get theirs. There was one car ahead of me! So by the time we waited over 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food and move so we could get out the line, our food was cold. We only live a few minutes from the restaurant but spent about 25 minutes in the drive through. I can’t understand why we and other cars around me got our food so much sooner than the cars ahead of me. It was very frustrating to be stuck. At the least, move the cars out of the way that are holding up traffic. Bad experience. Disappointed bc this is not the chock fil an experience I’m accustomed to.

I'm normally one that doesn't complain. I'm an avid Chick-fil-A eater. I go to the one in Northport by Walmart and Alabama one often but this new one by Lowe's every time I go they get it wrong they leave something out of the bag. I decided today I was going to give it one more shot guess what? Missing something I'm not talking about a sauce they're leaving out whole items that I paid for. I even asked them did you put everything in the bag yes everything's in the bag. it wasn't had to go back and get food that was missing.once or twice I understand but over and over and over again is getting old I will not ever go back to that Chick-fil-A again it's such a hassle. I'm over it I'm not the only one that feels this way there's another man in line with the same problem it's frustrating to get all the way back to where you're going to have to turn around and go back and get what you paid for.

Any time I visit this location it’s always something…. I get home and my biscuit is burnt and stinks like old grease. I’ll drive the extra distance next time to eat at my regular location from now on. I would have just left this is a survey but there wasn’t an option and calling won’t do much because I’m not driving all the way back over there.

I rarely if ever have a good experience at Mcdonalds or Wendys but Chick-fil-a is a totally different world. The food is always hot and the staff are always pleasant.
