Went there yesterday was about to pay but then the person tells us there out of drink syrup but using can drinks and all they have is regular drinks me and my mom are diabetics so they didnt have any diet drinks really disappointing that they didnt think about the people who actually has medical problems like diabetes also i didnt know if they were gonna limit the can drinks but also made it seem like it was okay because he was gonna give us a larger cup but it would be alot betting if people would thino about other people that has diabetes because if i would have ate there and drank regular drinks plus all the stuff i would have ate i probly would have been in the hospital with dka but he did not try to help the situation basically just made it seem like its our fault that we are a diabetic but i will never be back at this location

I used to love this place but one lady today upsetted me and my family. We came in and was trynna to get that 5.99 Monday and Tuesday buffet deal, I had got a text message from cici since I sign up on their website that day but she refused to give it to us because she didn’t believe that was true but when I was trying to show her my phone to prove I had got a text that day saying it was starting back today through June 17th with an code:(23054) she didn’t care and was just being disrespectful so we just left, what happened to the customer service around here? cicis shouldn’t put things out online or send me text about these things if they not gonna follow through with it:( thank goodness taco casa was next door.

It's OK but nothing outstanding. The salad bar is skimpy, past bar was some macaroni with a.red sauce and white sauce to choose from, there were four pizza sties to choose from two of which were pepperoni and cheese. Not much for a "buffet ". If you like cinnamon rolls this dessert ??? bar is for you. The staff is friendly and the place was clean. We had 4.99 each coupons but our bill was 17.43 ????? The food was OK but it.is unlikely we will return.
