A classic meat-and-three spot where locals line up early. I grabbed fried chicken with collard greens, mac & cheese, and cornbread — all tasted like pure Southern comfort. It’s busy but moves fast, and the prices are almost unbelievably low for the quality.
Amazing place! I went here for breakfast. The food was delicious and the prices were great. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me and my group feel at home. A lot of great options on the menu. I chose the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich with lettuce and tomato, and it was a great way to start my day. Great place to go if looking for a good meal and welcoming atmosphere! If you are in the Northport or Tuscaloosa area, this is a great local place to support!
Normally I would give it a 5 but today I was so disappointed. As I was looking at the menu, the waitress said they were only serving breakfast at that time and it would be at least 30 minutes before we could order off the lunch menu. I'm not a breakfast person but I just had minor surgery and needed something , so I ordered anyway. It was about 5 minutes later the table behind me ordered off the lunch menu so when the waitress came back by, I asked why. She said she messed...
