Most pitiful experience I have had. It’s hot in Alabama and I wanted a caramel sundae. I went to Northport Dairy Queen at approximately a little after 1pm. I walk in and the first thing I noticed was my feet sticking to the floor. Very sticky, dirty floors. I get in line behind 1 person who was picking up a delivery and I was not greeted by anyone. Another employee was sitting down eating and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me. So I waited for the other person to leave and the cashier runs back to take drive thru orders. I’m still standing there, sticky and all. After a couple of minutes I decided to walk out and then she said, “oh I’ll be with you in a minute.” Wow. Really! Horrible service of course as well as the filth. I will have to really consider before returning.

I went to the Northport location after 4pm today, 7-12-25. I haven't had a good Oreo blizzard in a while. There's no Dairy Queen near me but I had a taste for one. I tried the sonic blast Oreo flavor and it was awful. I don't know what kind of cookies they used but they were not Oreo cookies. Kudos to the person that made it. It was Delicious. Check out the Northport location.

I ordered 2 triple burgers a large frie ,large cheese curds 2 large drinks and a dilly bar. They had me pull up and wait 10 minutes and brought my food out. The order was completely wrong. They let me know they didn't have enough meat cooked for 2 triple burgers so 1 of the burgers was a double. I didn't not get my large cheese curds so I currently Waiting Again!! The dilly bar was melted in the package and I didn't know it so when I opened it it fell off the stick and got everywhere!! I've been waiting 15 extra minutes waiting on them to fix my order. I did not get 2 large drinks. I got 1 med a 1 large drink. It's absolutely ridiculous I have to check my order when I get food from here because it's never right. Plus they put a quarter of a cup of mustard on the burgers everytime.. if yask for light mustard they more on than usual. How hard is it to get a order right especially when I'm the only one there besides the 2 employees. I just got my cheese curds and it was not a large order like I ask for. I guess people should just pull up and say give me what y'all want me to have. This is the one in Northport alabama just so y'all will know. But the one on hwy 69 south in tuscaloosa is just as incompetent.

We can not guess what isn't available when ordering on the app and then be treated rudely about it. Then, I had to wait at least 10 mins for a dipped cone.

Went inside and stood waiting then lady comes to front and said we are only doing drive thru because only 2 of us here. There were other ppl eating inside. She also stopped pll behind us and told same thing. Pretty bad when only 2 cars were in drive thru. Pick up your pace because I have worked fast food and we hustled. Ridiculous!!

We are second in line in the drive-thru and there are 10 more people behind us. We’ve been in line for 30 minutes and it has not moved. Apparently their phones don’t work either because ive called their manager’s line time after time and they will not answer. Terrible service.

We wanted a good burger & decided to stop by. There were no cars in the parking and it wasn't well lit with lights so we didn't know if it was opened or not but it was. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our food, but it was hot and fresh, so it was worth the wait.. we both got double bacon cheese burger meals w/ fries 😋

We got there 11 minutes after opening time, doors were unlocked. We go in and are waiting and someone walks by saying " we just got her we're closed" . We ask when will be open and the response "idk maybe 30 minutes". If you can't open on time you should probably change your hours.

This Dairy Queen is terrible. Mobile ordering here is a gamble—they randomly close early or have machines down. Just last Thursday night, I ordered ahead on the app and went through the drive-thru, but an employee said they were closed. He told me to go to the front door, and when I got there, some lady inside was trying to explain they were closed. She got all worked up and was super rude. Now I’m stuck waiting for a refund, if I'm even able to get one.
