Went through the drive thru, ordered a cookie dough blizzard medium . 2 dilly bars. Received blizzard melted, they put it in a large size cup dripping. Use to be a good place.Will not be back.Paid 11$ for everything

How is this place still open???DQ Northport has the most rude staff of any establishment I've been to, including McDonald's and Wendy's... we are super respectful, never at opening or right at closing , nothing difficult ordered either. The last 2 times we went through drive thru they were out of ice cream and said the machines were broken? It wasn't like it was the middle of the day and these instances were months apart.

Hi, my daughter and I just got home from going through the drive thru at your location at 3033 Tyler Drive in Northport, Alabama. Our food was not fresh and the ranch dipping sauce looked as though it had been sitting out. We ordered two 3 piece chicken strip meals. The order ID number is AAA6ALWAAGBG. The time on the receipt is 6:22:07 pm. With day light savings we were actually there at 5:22 pm.The blizzards however were perfection. Just wanted to share our experience. Thank you
Girl in the drive thru was pretty rude, not friendly at all. I ordered 3 blizzards and she didn't bother to turn any of them over. After getting them, it's no wonder, they were pretty runny. When I told her she didn't flip them, I got a smirk and she shut the drive thru window. I'll go out of my way to go to the other location before I stop at this one again. And they wonder why their place of employment shuts down!!

Food was not good I ordered tenders and onions, tenders weren't hot, onion rings were cold and didn't have a few in the box along with some cold french fries which I didn't order, but I assumed he put the fries in with the onion rings because I got only a few onion rings. This visit was awesome I was mad when I got home.

We have been Dairy Queen customers for years and have eaten there many times.The service we got was far from friendly also.
