I had a pull pork plate with okra and bake beans. Everything was nasty except the pork. I dont even know how okra can be nasty cause its cook the same way everytime but it was.

they did great. food was very good. they left out my slice of pecan pie and I was calling to ask if I could just come by tommorrow and pick it up and the lady on the phone said let me bring it right over to you and she brought my pie to my house. GREAT customer service. we don't think to come here much but with this great service we will definitely be back. even my picky eaters were pleased.

Wanted to try something new. Went in to grab lunch, and I wasn’t greeted In anyway. Ordered my food. Apparently they do not have a credit card reader? Told me they “manually” put in my card and it declined Everytime. Employee said it’s normal. Used it before and after at different stores no problem. Had to walk out empty handed. At least put a sign on the door cash only.

Sadly they had run out of pulled BBQ. The brisket and ribs were very tasty. The chicken breast had a wonderful smokey taste. Their sauces we very good. I would recommend.

I used my points to redeem a buffalo chicken sandwich. When I went to use the code and pick up the sandwich the woman at the counter was rude and wouldn’t let me get my sandwich that I already used my hard earned points for.
They have the best beef brisket and sauce of anywhere I've tried. We don't have a dickeys near our home, so every time we visit a town that has one, we go. Bring Dickeys to Birmingham!!!

Fantastic! The restaurant was very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Our food was cooked perfectly and served hot. The brisket is soooo good and wasn't dried out. We will definitely go back.
