The guy working at this location has a bad attitude I ordered my food thru the app it said 20 minutes I got here at 25 minutes he hadn't even put the food in the oven yet I told him what the app said he said i don't know why they put unrealistic times on there because it's not true I said well how long is it gonna be he said do u want the food or not it's just gonna be 5 minutes When he brought the food he practically threw it at me and didn't have my salad I ordered n got mad because I told him I didn't get it

I ordered a pizza to my apartment complex that I’ve had dozens of pizzas delivered to and I set my phone down for a while. After a bit of time past my pizza hadn’t been delivered so I pick up my phone and notice some misses calls from what I assume is the delivery driver. I call the number back and no answer. I call the store and the “manager” picks up the phone and tells me since I didn’t answer the phone that I don’t get my pizza. I would have never expected a driver to not be able to find my place because like I said I have had dozens of pizzas delivered to this address. He tells me that I should have answered the phone and that he is canceling my order and hangs up on me. He also lied to me in some kind of attempt to make it my fault by telling me my address was entered wrong. Which it was not because I checked the confirmation email right after he told me that. I drove to the store to get my pizza and the guy refused to give me my pizza because he canceled the order and would not let me order another. The guy argues with me for about 5 minutes until he finally agrees to make a pizza and I ended up paying more than I would have if I wanted to do store pick up. (I normally do the 7.99 carry out deal if I pick up) The guy was extremely rude and probably single handed the worst display of customer service I’ve ever been apart of. I would have been perfectly fine with him telling me yes we couldn’t get in contact with you and couldn’t find your address but we can get a pizza on the next truck that leaves and it can be there whenever it gets there. That would have been 100% fine and really all I was looking to happen when I called but this employee made it way harder on everyone than it needed to be. I will never be back to this store.

I ordered delivery and it was over 2 hours late. Unfortunately i could not leave work and I couldn't get a hold of the restraunt. Once it arrived- I opened the box and it had hair in my pizza. It was also the wrong pizza crust. I really tried to be patient and even tipped 50% after it was very late but the response I got about the issue was very , sorry we are doing the best we can attitude.

I order from this location regularly and have never had an issue until lasnight. This location does not close until 1am. I placed my order at 10:36p and my order was complete at 10:56p. I arrived and sat at the window approximately 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The guy was a delivery driver and was very rude and told me my pizza was not ready and the app is not accurate which is not true. He then comes back a few minutes later and hands me and undercooked pizza that was thrown together. The guys name was T that made the pizza and the delivery driver was tall with earrings(extremely rude). I will never order from this location ever again and the manager was called the next day and was no help!

This location has fallen from grace of quality and service. It's one thing to have 1 or even 2 bad days (and I'm being very generous) but it seem like now their service is intentionally bad and the food is consistently bad. Cold and never the proportion you chose.
Ordered a buffalo chicken mac pasta and got a plain pasta. Very disappointed in my delivery.

I ordered two pizza’s for delivery at 7:00pm and at 8:30 hadn’t received them. I couldn’t track my order online and called the store. When the young lady answered the phone I had to repeat the reason why I called THREE TIMES because the music playing in the store was SUPER LOUD. After being placed on a brief hold I was told my order was on the way. Ten minutes later the food arrived cold and the driver sat my food on the ground after I requested to have it handed to me. Never again. Zero stars and I’m filing a complaint with headquarters because this is ridiculous.
