I ordered alot of items including a grilled cheese waited 30 mins for my order opened the grilled cheese it was one piece of bread with 2 slices of cheese on it. I told the boy working this was not correct he argued with me got an attitude and said this is how we make our grilled cheese I told him I have ordered this many times and this is not correct. He then said glad you’ve ordered it many times I can give you another piece of bread on it. proceeds to have an attitude the rest of the visit says he’s a stand manager gives me a personal phone number to call for a manager it was his personal cell just inappropriate behavior that i’ve never experienced before was totally shocked.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location with my family on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were two employees inside, but neither greeted us or acknowledged our presence when we entered. Good customer service starts with a simple greeting, and that was completely missing. We felt unwelcome and ignored, which is not what we expect from a brand like Dunkin’. I hope management addresses this issue and trains the staff on basic customer service and hospitality.

I just stood in front of the registers for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me whatsoever. Terrible service. I had to leave without coffee because it took so long.

Always so slow. My mobile order was put ahead of time. However it took them 30 minutes. I even ordered 2 toasts they gave me one. I had to ask my order after waiting forever. Need a serious training.

Came here this morning to get a hot coffee with both hazelnut and coconut flavor shots. What I received tasted like creamer in hot water and hardly any coffee flavor. Couldn't taste any of the hazelnut flavor either. Came here last weekend, ordered a hot coffee with pistachio and coconut flavoring and again it tasted like creamer in hot water with no coffee. My husband ordered iced coffee both trips and his tasted exactly like the iced coffee should taste like. What is going on with the hot coffee? Are they watering it down to save money or do they have employees who don't know how to make the drinks? Either way we won't be back anytime soon and since I hear Strange Brew is about to open soon, can't wait to try their coffee. I also heard that Starbucks is wanting to open a location in Northport too, so that will be good as well. It's sad that it had to come down to this but read the reviews and you'll see what everybody is talking about. This place hasn't even been open a year and already problems galore. Why is Northport always like this when it comes to new places opening?

my boyfriend and i broke up here, great neutral location because dunkin means nothing to us. We got back together so we wont be going back to this dunkin just in case the atmosphere causes us to break up. Good coffee.

I went to Dunkin on McFarland on Sunday 4/6/25 to enjoy a cup of my favorite hot coffee only to be denied. I read the sign they taped to the door, which simply said : lobby closed, drive thru open. I drove to the back of the building to order at the drive thru, which by this time was starting to pile up and waited my turn. I thought I'd check the mobile app, but that was also down. Some time later, as I pulled up to receive my order, it hit me: there were several workers inside, so why was the lobby closed? I usually frequent the Dunkin on Lurlene Blvd, which is always fast, friendly, and OPEN. I'd recommend you do the same.

Wouldn't go here due to an 83 health rating. Management didn't take accountability for it either. Sad. Steer clear of this nasty place
