I called to order 2 family meal buckets & they said I needed to give a specific time I’d be in. I said 30 minutes. I was told they had a drive thru full of folks so I said ok I’ll do something different. So I pull up immediately after hanging up the phone. NOT A SOUL in the drive thru or dining in. I placed my order & they got right on it. Why lie?

the only reason why someone thinks this place is any good is because they don't know what good food is.I finally decided to try Guthrie's again after years of avoiding. Everyone said it was so good. Well, I should have trusted myself. This place is terrible, nearly inedible. If I hadn't ate in, I would have taken it back for a refund. The food is super greasy, even for fried food. The chicken is a little overcooked and too salty. The fries are WAY too greasy. They apparently don't keep their oil hot enough.If you want good fried chicken, go to Caine's.

Good food, not much choices but good tasting chicken.
I’ve been to this Guthrie’s several times. Not once, have I been disappointed. They’re fast, friendly and the food is delicious. I hate using drive throughs for dinner. Most places just don’t give a damn. But Guthrie’s never lets me down. Thank you to the team at Guthrie’s for a refreshing experience.From a very happy customer.????

The staff had great personalities and the food was great. But after I ordered they told me I should have gotten this family meal deal that would have been cheaper. No such thing was listed on the menu board and I would have saved $10 If I would have known about it earlier. But overall it was a great experience and the wait time was minimal

Great experience. Was greeted as soon as I walk through the door.The cashier was waiting at the register and took my order as soon as I was ready. Extremely clean store, great staff and I was in and out in 7 minutes flat. Got a Guthrie's box. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was perfectly seasoned but I'm sure someone will complain about the fries not being salted but they offer you salt if needed. You can always add salt but you can't take it away. Lookout Chick-fil-A

This establishment is at all-time high for serving nasty, sitting under a heat lamp for 30 min, cold food. This is the third time in a row I have spent $10.89 to receive cold, soggy fries and cold, hard chicken tenders. Last night as I received my food, I checked it at the window (9:18PM) and as I was trying to get someone’s attention, they turned the lights off in the building - this was long before closing time. This place had 15th St beat by FAR until recently - Not sure what changed they’ve made but receiving cold food repeatedly is unacceptable.
