So I we went through the drive thru and god I wish I would have checked my bad because they didn't put on biscuit in there with may not seam like a big deal but we had all ready mad it home they told us to come back and they would give us it. We went back and they had a bad attitude there was a bucket of earth in the floor and they were over a 1 star if I could give it 0 I would because we got home and open the biscuit and gravey it was gummie ate the stake biscuit and it was gummie and very very hot over all I will not be coming back

Stopped here with my daughter. The restaurant was immaculate and clean. Food was great and fresh. What really made it awesome was Gabe . He not only took my order, but came back and made sure everything was good while keeping the lobby clean. Kudos! I was impressed and will be back.

I took a chance and went by hardee's on McFarland this morning hoping they have made some changes. Boy was I wrong. The person that waited on me act like they hated there job. And the biscuits were so hard you couldn't eat it. That's my last time eating at this hardee's. Until they make some changes in management and food quality. Corporate should really do something about this. It's the worst restaurant I've ever been in.

OK food, but service was lacking. I don't think the woman said anything to my husband from the time we walked in, ordered, and walked out. No ice in the ice machine. No condiments anywhere. I would not recommend.

Horrible service, numerous bad attitude Betty's working at this location. This is very close to where I live so I usually go on the weekend thru the drive thru for breakfast. I stopped going for a while due to bad service but recently started going again and for a few months the service was better. I guess they made some management changes trying to better the store but this morning I went to the drive thru and waited about 20 min and only 1 car was served during that time. I finally called and asked if they were open. The woman who answered said yes and when I asked why the wait was so long at the drive thru she gave no apology but only the excuse of being under staffed and if I did not like waiting in the drive thru I could come inside or stay in the drive thru line and wait. I decided to leave and drive 10 minutes down the road to another Hardee's location where there was only 1 car ahead of me and I waited less than 5 minutes to order my food and get my food. Please just close this location because it is no longer a convenience for the folks who live close by, but instead is just a COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. This location is an a TOTAL DISASTER AND EPIC FAIL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Food was good, but I had to get out of the drive thru and go in because no one would take my order. It took a while for someone to take my order when I went in the building. After I ordered, I received my food pretty quick.

Seems to be going down alot lately. Last week my husband got us biscuits, at around 7:30am they were partially rubbery, partially hard. Sat under light too long, not fresh.Today I had dental work wanted something soft. They dont have mashed potatoes, so I wanted ice cream or a milkshake that looked so good on the Picture. She said we dont have any ice cream & cant make any milkshakes today either. (Starting to sound like McDonald's) ?
