This was my first time eating at this place and enjoy it. My strawberry pie was cold but I gave it another try. I know business can sometime be challenge and this why I gave 4 star.
The associates are 5 stars.
Parking lot was clean.
The drinks machine need to be clean and by this company been in a small town they probably thinking nobody coming by rating us.
Well that when google independent associates come in at and rate the company experience.
I like to protect and people need the jobs like in these small town.
Associates please tell the headquarters, you guys need your third party cleaner crew.

This was Jacks on 82 in Northport Al. I sat at the drivethru for 10 min - no one took my order so I drive off.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the new Steakhouse sandwich. The cashier was friendly enough but the wait time was long for a drive thru. The food was good and I would order it again.

Shut this place down! It’s not up to the company’s standard. First off why do you all have a dog at the back door? Literally chained to the door! The drive thru smells like poop. (Clear as day in the video) The picture is from August 6th. Almost a two months later from the video I took myself while in drive thru. (June 8th) Secondly,the food I received was so burnt from the grease you could taste it. My fries were very brown & so was my tenders. I simply got a refund! No one was apologetic because they knew the grease was old. Unfortunately I will not return here again. I can only imagine the unsanitary conditions behind the counter where the food is being prepared.
We like Jack's it's one of the few foods our daughter will always eat.

New Review June 10, 2024 we stopped with our grandkids yesterday to get food to go. Once home we were pleased with the food but when we opened the sauces they had very little sauce in each one and it was to far to go back.
It was as if they poured a little in it and shook the container to make it appear full.
This Jack's has a few nice workers but as a whole the staff seems they'd rather be somewhere else and it shows on all aspects.
We love Jack's food but the staff runs us off and your scared to say anything back to them for fear they'll do something to your food. -----‐---------- old post below The food is inconsistent and staff rude. When fresh, the hamburgers are good but they are cooked way ahead and often cold to the point the meat and cheese feel cold.
Over 30 minutes to get chicken fingers in the drive through.
