Can definitely tell a difference in management, a lot of changes and store is a lot cleaner too. Food is fresher I don’t know if they got a different oil or what but it’s cooked better. Lobby is always full I love how family friendly they are. Not many places like that around anymore.

Seeing cockroaches in the corner, the toilet is so dirty that you want to vomit. The front desk lady has two faces for Mexican guests and white guests. I can't believe how such a shop exists.

Have you ever been to a disappointing Kentucky fried chicken? Well, this won’t let you down. It’s worse than all of them. I have no idea how they passed the health food inspection in the store. It’s filthy. When you wanna place an order, they act like you’re bothering them And the two people ahead of me their orders were wrong just like mine was wrong I am going to place a call to the health food inspectors to find out how this place passed. Maybe the governor and the state needs to get involved.

My husband went to the drive thru and no one was there to take his order so we decided to go inside. He went inside to see the staff sitting and talking. They looked at him at the counter waiting to place his order and proceeded to talk. The area behind the counter appeared messy and unclean. We will no longer be eating at this location due to poor service and rude staff.

Instead of using idle time to clean (and clean again), everyone goes on a smoke break? That work ethic rarely translates into a good customer experience. A wise man once told me that when there are only one or two cars in the lot, and all the workers are outside, pass it by. Nothing good going on there. FYSA.
