I have been eating at Los Tarascos since they first opened on Skyland Blvd 25 years ago and have never had a bad meal. The Tarascos nachos are a meal for 2 by themselves and have everything! Get the tequila sunrise.

The wait staff was great and working together as a team during the busy time of the day rather than leaving each other to struggle. Had the tarasco gumbo bowl fajita style and was excellent.

It is a Monday around 630 and the place was pretty dead. The food was ok could have been hotter. The service was awful. Sit for about 15 min before being waited on. Took our order and didn't see anybody. Luckily another couple come in and when they got waited on we got our check. First and last at this location.

We've been eating at the Hwy 43 location of Los Tarascos for years and it's always been good. We went today and don't plan to go back. We sat at the bar and got our beer ( mine was slightly cooler than room temperature). Then our waitress disappeared. There were only a handful of people there so it wasn't busy. We waited 20, maybe 30 minutes, saw her walking around back drinking a coke and talking to co-workers. My boyfriend finally went to find her and tell her we wanted to order and would like another beer. The usually very good food got to us - we both ordered tacos- and didn't finish even half. (Everyone around us had regular silverware but our waitress gave us plastic take out utensils.) The beef had no seasoning, was bland, and cold. A once really good place to eat seems to have taken a bad turn - we won't be going back.

My family and I been to this restaurant once and they did serve us very well and were very friendly. Hopefully when we go back there again, it’ll be great as we remembered it.

It was my birthday dinner and they did not sing , they did not say happy birthday nothing. Kind of ruined it because thats part of the experience. They were kind of rude even though they weren't busy that night at all and seemed like they wanted to rush us out the door. Our waitress did make sure we had what we needed and the food was good.
