Worst service, terrible food, no alcohol in the premixed drinks, the bartender is rude, unprofessional, and the manager is rude, and the severs are under age, can't speak English and are allowed to serve alcohol.. this place was such a bad experience....

Our favorite Mexican place in Tuscaloosa!! The Tarascos dip is fabulous. I love the grilled nachos but if I’m sharing something with my family we get the Gaby’s special - plenty of food for myself and my husband, and enough to share with our three-year-old twins. They are obsessed with the chicken!Another reason this is one of our favorites - the fried ice cream is always spectacular. Sometimes they just use vanilla ice cream, but the majority of the time they use other flavors - cookies and cream is my favorite! You cannot specify what ice cream flavor you want, but it will typically be something other than vanilla.We have always had amazing service, food and drinks here.Pro-tip - ask for Nacho to be your server!

My family has supported this business in multiple of their locations for around 15 years and sadly I think it’s time that comes to an end. The last time I ate there with my mom our waiter completely disappeared after giving us our food. We waited and waited for a drink refill and he never showed up. We had to get someone else to bring us our check so we could leave. When we took the check to the front to pay. The person working the register had a crappy attitude and ignored us while scattering receipts across the desk then picking them up as slowly and sarcastically as possible while we stood and waited to be acknowledged. The past 3 times the beans that came with our order were cold and on the third time they were watery.. the visit before then the queso we ordered wasn’t heated and was so stiff we couldn’t even dip chips into it. The booths are poorly built and make you feel like you are going to slide to the floor. Also, despite being a new location, the bar is the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime. Not only is it cheaply put together like the afterthought it was, but the height of it is too high and it makes for an uncomfortable experience when your food and drinks are eye level. The quality and the service has steadily gone downhill and we will now go out of our way to eat somewhere else.2/5 because at least the salsa and the chimichangas are good

I ordered here 2 weeks ago. I clearly told the young girl on the phone my to go order. She spoke clear English. I ordered 5 different meals. I picked it up and it look big like all 5 meals was there. Something told me to check to. I realized right away I had 1 whole meal missing which was for my youngest son. Alll they could say was oh I’m sorry we are closing in 15 and kitchen has already been closed down. I am beyond upset thinking eveyone but my youngest son got there food. I get home and realize my meal is also missing. Guess I should have checked it there before I left, but still would not have done me any good. So me and my youngest ended up getting whataburger while we watched eveyone else eat there food. Not to mention I was over charged. I paid for 2 meals I never received nobody has called me back after multiple times calling asking and being told they will just have to call me back. My other son’s 3 taco meal was messed up. I told them multiple times we wanted corn soft shell. Not har shell corn or flour shell. I repeated myself on the phone and she finally repeated it back to me and told me not to worry she had it correct! I don’t know if service is better for dine but I wouldn’t order to go. I feel like I deserve to have just as good service and food tho I am paying the same price whether I eat my food from there or at home.
