Was shocked on portions and flavor, pictures don't do it any justice!!! Got their Cafe burger which was huge, jalapeño popper. Recommend trying their red velvet cake as a desert!

11/4/22 Very tasty soulfood! Good portions, great prices! Friendly staff. Ordered Hamburger steak w/gravy&onions, turnip greens, MP, field peas, cornbread. Going back today 11/9/22 for the smothered pork chops!!

Just tried to call in my order and I was placed on hold. I waited and waited. I was driving so I decided to stay on the phone as I proceeded to go to the restaurant. I get there thinking it was going to be really busy and the lady was behind the counter on her cell phone. I walk to the counter, got her attention and let her know that I had been on hold for 25 minutes. She didn't say anything. She picked up the phone and looked at it and put it back down and looked at mei usually don't write reviews be it good or bad but the fact that a simple apology was too much to give was very disappointing. I was offered something to drink while I waited for my order (which I declined) but was never offered an apology even after receiving my order. Very disappointed with the customer service but the food is typically good
The food has been good every time I've been there. That's the best I can say about this place. The girl up front that runs register is very rude. I get along with everyone however she hates her job and has no business talking to the public. She must be the granddaughter or something because no business would keep a counter person like that. Best advice go to FRONT PORCH,,,,

I took me and my daughters to lunch today. I ordered a cafe burger. I opened the burger to add the mayonnaise and to my surprise a ROACH was laying upside down on my meat and onions. I took it to the cashier and showed her and she was disgusted. She took it to the back and they asked if I wanted something else and I asked for a refund. She gave me $10.90 and our food was $32. It will be a while before I eat at a restaurant. We are traumatized ?

Well I have to say they have what is the best burgers in town, but I almost did not get to find this out because the cashier couldn't couldn't stop rolling her eyes,and smarting off to us and we just gave her a simple order,short chic, if it hadn't been my birthday, I would have left straight off, good food, poor poor service.

First time. Ordered 2 Barbecue Sandwiches. The bottom bun was soaked in sauce!! So much, there was no way to eat as a sandwich. Pork was tough. Will not go back.
