Great American Cookies

I placed an order through the app, and I ordered a domino cookie, cookies & cream cookie, chewy chocolate supreme cookie and a colossal original with M&Ms cookie. When I arrived to pick up my order, none of my selected cookies were available. I was told that the store hasn’t been making the domino cookie for months.. As far as the others, they didn’t have any on hand. For the colossal cookie, I was told that the only colossal cookies that they sell were sugar cookies (not what I ordered). I was able to substitute my selections for other cookies, but if something is unavailable, remove it from the app so it can’t be ordered to avoid any confusion. Ridiculous.

Great American Cookie did an excellent job on my son's cookie cake. It was both beautifully made and delicious!!

The lady there denied me and my 5 yo boy ice cream because it was 15 min til close. Pissed me off so bad because it made my son cry. The worst part was because I was in there earlier and told her we would come back... asked her the time theyd closed. I said "we made it back!".. Then her only response was they were closing in 10 minutes. So ... ." I was so mad. My sons heart was broken.

My family and I have been there and they serve us very well and they provide good service. Hopefully they will continue when we go back.

Very clean and great service!! The sweetest workers!

Bad service. Waited in drive thru for 10 mins and was never greeted so pulled up to the window and they kept walking by and continued to ignore us so we never got our order taken.

We arrived 30 minutes before close and the doors were locked. They apparently went “drive thru” only but didn’t have a sign anywhere. 6 people behind the counter but no one seemed to be able to take/fulfill orders but one girl. (Despite three people having headsets on for the drive thru too). Out of several ice cream flavors on the menu but will give the benefit of the doubt that is was due to it being the end of the day. Not a great first experience here. Chocolate ice cream was basically vanilla

Was Awesome, any cookie lover needs to stop in and try these, friendly folks, fast service!!

I watched them make a couple orders. I’m not usually impressed but they did a very good job with great ingredients.

Good service though they are alway pretty busy. Marble Slab Creamery is in the same store which is nice. Good cookies and a good variety.
