I placed an order over the phone I arrived to pick up my order and had to sit at the pick up window for ten minutes or more before someone even acknowledged me I then was greeted by a young woman with a horrible attitude when I asked for the manager they wouldn’t give out any information they were beyond childish and if that wasn’t enough my order was wrong ! I called back to inform them that I would just like my money back and I was hung up on. The one thing they did get right was made horribly I used to eat here regularly but the quality has went way downhill needless to say I won’t be back after the non existent customer service ,wait and the quality of the food. Disgusted would be an understatement!

The thick crust pizza that we got was still RAW dough. We had to come home and put it back in the oven and it still did not solve the problem.

Lived in Tuscaloosa for about 10 months in 2021. Since im European and we’re used to Italian Pizza I didn’t really enjoy American Pizza at all. Marco‘s Pizza was really good tho. It‘s not even close to Italian Pizza but I loved the taste and texture.Hope I will come back one day.

We have had pizza ordered from here by friends for a large group that were all good. I went here for the first time last week and had a supreme - hubby had a supreme with a few extras. The pizza was very fresh and the crust is SO good. I usually don't eat pizza crust but theirs I did. It is soft and warm and good! The service was great. The people there are so nice and friendly. They were that day. Give it a try. It's really good!

The website would not take orders so I called, got put on hold for about 5 minutes. After they returned I let them know it wasn't an option to place an order online, they said they don't do that.I asked them if how to use reward points, they said they don't do that either. I asked how long for take out, they said 20 minutes, it ended up taking 35. Pizza was good not worth the extra time and inconvenience.This is hands down the worst Marco's franchise, all the other ones have been a lot more friendly and efficient.

This is the 3rdAnd last time we will order from Marco's on Macfarland. We ordered our pizza on line around 8:15 and got it around 9:30. Toward the end of the wait we attempted to call to see when it would be delivered and we're out on the virtual hold world until somebody got tired of the ringing and took the phone off the hook but didn't answer although we could hear the counter people conversing with other customers. The pizza arrived while I was still on hold and all the delivery guy could say was " it's been crazy tonight ." Pizza was cold, lacks flavor and is mostly bread. We order Marcos pizza in other towns ( Huntsville, Auburn) and it is always good with good service . Not here.

Pizza is usually pretty good but you can't order online and I've called twice while they were open and they told me they were not talking orders and it wasn't even close to closing time probably won't try a third time ?I tried to follow up and it would never let me

What I saw first hand was the guy making pizza, answering phone, doing check out.... not once washing hands.... not wearing gloves. Cleaniest NOT... YUCK

Just went here after ordering our pizza 30 minutes prior to picking it up. We get there and we were told that they have to remake our pizza. So guy at the window said 6 minutes it will be ready which really meant another 25 minutes. And that meant oh we have one pizza ready and we forgot to make your other pizza. So now we have a cold pizza and a pizza that isn't. Should of just remade all of them instead. And then my wife goes inside to get the pizza and a couple people are on their phones doing nothing smh.
