It is consistently good. Clean. This location is better than others at making sure you have what you ordered on pick-up orders.
I always come to McAlisters when I want healthy hearty food and it’s always amazing at a good price. But what I want to say is I visited tonight and I had a wonderful experience date of visit was 5-12-25 at 8:45pm. I didn’t get her name but the lady running up front did an amazing job and I am so appreciative as outstanding customer service is very rare!
Amount of food and quality is GARBAGE for the price!! And who wants microwaved food?!
A nice selection of soups, sandwiches and spuds.
Gave it an extra star because the food has been decent in the past. Service has always been slow. I was trying to call them to find out if they have a drive-thru and to place an order as I was running errands. At first a robot answered to take my order but directed me to a person when I said I had a question. Then once a real person got on the phone I asked if they had a drive-thru and they said that they're not actually in the building and they could not tell me if there was a drive-thru but I could still place an order. I did not want to have to get out of my car and drag my 9-month-old inside so I ended up hanging up and arriving at McAlister's. I noticed they have a pickup window and when I pulled up to it I asked if I could order and she said I could only pick up there and I would have to come inside to order. I ended up leaving. It is also very easy to miss the turn in because of the construction currently so that was another annoyance because it took me a couple tries to get there. I hope they improve the system that answers questions on the phone. Sincerely, pregnant & hungry.
Pricey, but good food & pleasant service.

Come here sometimes just not that often, but the people are very friendly and warm welcoming. Normally I would usually get just a pb&j, chips and rotel dip, dessert and a drink. Sometimes I may get something else. Maybe I can try something else eventually when I visit there to eat. I came here when I was little at times (just not often), and I do kinda miss the old interior design though can accept the new designs.
We just moved back to Tuscaloosa and ordered take away. I understand we are all dealing with inflation but the prices versus what we received means we won’t be going back to McAlisters. That side salad was $8. That kids pizza was $8. Overall our food was just shy of $50. Ain’t no way.
