I came to this location on March the 21st at night. I waited 47 minutes on my food. All I had was a quarter pounder and two Mc chickens. I will not be back into this location. My order disappeared and as I was waiting for 47 minutes I had to reorder.

Yesterday my family and I, 8 of us in total, stopped by in the afternoon for a late lunch. Everything was okay, food as ordered even our few special adds or deleting things. While there, I’m sure I lost a key on a key ring but didn’t notice it until today. I’ve been trying to call and they answer but wonts say anything g and as soon as I say hello, they hang up. That happened 5 or 6 times, now they just let it ring and refuse to answer. Thats why I’m giving them only 2 stars. If they reach out to me and can let me know if a key ring with just one key was found in the lobby or parking lot, I’ll come back and amend to 5 stars.
So, managers, reach out to me please?

I go here often for coffee & I have done curbside at this location many times in the mornings, and the rudest girl this morning brought me and my kids our breakfast and rudely told me “ just for future reference we don’t do curbside at this location till after lunch “ but the app gave me the option sooo?? Also please quit letting people make coffees that don’t know how to make coffees. When u pay for something u expect it to be what u paid for. And lose the attitude.

Waste your time and your money with this location you will only receive what they choose to give you they don't use your rewards correctly they have cook the food something will most definitely be cold in your bag they spend too much time playing like children rather than working like adults they eat in front of customers straight off the line or they'll be on their phones instead of paying attention to your actual order and instead of correcting an issue you will get the most poor customer service you can think of with a middle finger to your face in you like bad people and bad food this is the spot for you (: have the day yall deserve when you see this

This entire restaurant is disgusting. No table is clean, the condiment bar is covered with ketchup and trash, and the floors are aweful (esp in the play area). Do better.

I don't go to McDonald's very often and it's for the specific reason that they can't get an order correct. This location specifically. Fifty percent of the time my order is wrong. Give me a break. How hard is it to putting the correct food in a bag

Would leave a 0 star review if possible. Filthiest restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in. Play area was so nasty I made my child get off of it. Dried ketchup, crumbs, smashed fries, and these were days old. Long story short the restaurant was neglected for a couple days at least.

If I was the owner of this McDonald's, I'd be making some changes.
The playland is just filthy. Oily hand prints all over the glass. Parking lot is trashy, and
Service is almost always terrible.
3 times in a row, I and others stood at the register for more than 7 minutes waiting on someone to help us. While 10 ft away the employees are in a circle talking, looking our way, then back to talking.
I've been a patron of this McDonald's since Ronald Reagan sit in there, (the old bld) and ate .
I have owned my own restaurant, and there is no way, I'd ever let my establishment get in that condition.
Clean it up! Hire better employees, or at least a manager that will do the job, keep employees in check.
