I went through the drive thru on a Saturday and ordered med fries and a med coke. The cashier repeated my order back to me, then charged me $35 for an entire other family's meal. I was told they could not refund it there and was given a number to call on Monday to have it refunded. No one answers at this number, and they do not return calls. I called the 1-800 number I found online and was told that the manager of the store would contact me for the refund, but I never received a call. I'll have to file a dispute through my credit card company to get this resolved. The amount of wasted time I've had to spend on this is ridiculous, and the fries weren't even good.
Terrible service even though I'm respectful, I always make sure to say yes ma'am/sir, and keep a polite tone. the ice cream machine is never operational (not even trying to make a joke) there's always something missing from the order, and I mean almost every single time. I get they have to deal with ignorant people a lot, but when someone comes around that shows respect, respect is expected in return you know.

I love ? this location because its quiet and the workers are all friendly & you can get your food cooked to order if you ask for it!! I love the deserts too!! The teenagers love to go here to eat every afternoon to eat the location is a very safe place for the children to hangout at too!! I recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!
