This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the world. Sounds dramatic I know. I’m not the type of person to go all “Karen” in my reviews but this is one place that deserves one. I have gone here my entire life and it was great, amazing service, the food always cooked to perfection, but that all changed about a year ago. I can’t go in there without one if not every single employee smelling they just smoked a fat joint. Not only that but the service is always terrible and I receive attitude even when I have been nothing but kind. The food took around 20 min to get out to us when we went through the drive through, and when we received it everything was just thrown in the bag. Asked for no pickles and sure enough they were on there, was the 20 min so long to forget the one simple request? Had to ask if someone was there when we arrived at the speaker because it took around 5 min to answer. With all this being said, when hiring staff, maybe don’t hire a full staff of high school kids to manage the whole restaurant on a Friday night.

Just in case the employees are unaware that pickles go on the spicy chicken sandwich. Why do I never ever get pickles. The fries are soggy. When I called to complain the guy who answered said Bye, and hung up. Yall are lazy and suck! Do better!
This McDonald's has very professional and pleasant people here. No complaints really. Beyond better than the one in Northport on McFarland, and still, I'd go across the bridge in Tuscaloosa downtown over there. But they do a great job and is particular about your food not being cold, especially for fries.?

You can't go inside. When we went only one drive through lane open. There was about 10 or more cars in line. The line went fairly quick. Sad more high school students don't want to work. Fast food places are a place for young people to make gas and spending money but today parents totally support them. No work ethics being taught. I feel sorry for the employees that are overwhelmed.

I am disappointed in this location. It's close to my home and convenient for me to pick up food in a hurry. However the Manager staff don't treat customers well and don't know how to apologize or problem solve. And they really don't like if you order more than 1 item.

I went through the drive thru. They prepared my burger as I requested! Employees were nice.
Never able to get iced coffee. Machine always down. Quarter Pounder not well done. Employees were adequate as well as service. Need to clean coffee machine at the end of day I would think.

Opened 30 min late. When I asked a worker outside what time they opened , he responded with “ I don’t knOw what they doing inside since I’m outside working “ about as rude as he could. Food is always sub par. Cold fries , the last 2 times I’ve bought a quarter pounder the meat was pink and undercooked. The lobby is NEVER open. Guess we don’t do that anymore. So you can either wait in line for 30 min plus every trip to swap your order around, or you’re out of luck. Wish y’all would shut down and make room for some decent food in my area.
