I ordered delivery and looked at the tracking. It said delivered. I looked all around outside and it was not here. I called and the lady said she was also showing it as delivered. I told her that I did not have pizza in my possession. She said she would call the delivery man and call me back. She did and the delivery man stated that he dropped it off on our front porch. Again, I said we did not have our pizza. She said "I'm the only one in this store making pizza and I don't have time to be on the phone with you". She cancelled our order and 10 minutes later our neighbor from 4 doors down delivered our pizza. Papa Johns has great pizza but terrible service. Order early and pick up.

Called because my pizza wasn’t sliced at all and the pepperoni at first glance looked to be missing on half the pizza. The Rude woman told me she personally made my pizza and nothing was wrong it. I tried to explain to her it wasn’t sliced and then she caught an attitude. I understand we all make mistakes sometime and that’s perfectly understandable. But how rude that woman was is the reason I’ll never go back.

Horrible management. One of the drivers sped like a racecar driver through the parking lot. When asked to slow down for others safety, he began to curse me and threaten me. I went inside to speak to the manger who just shrugged his shoulders with no reaction. They're obviously careless of their customer base and how their employees treat people. Then racial slurs were screamed at me standing in the lobby trying to handle the irate employee. I really hope they take notice of their management and the people they have working for them.

I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with pepperoni,spicy sausage,Canadian bacon,onions,olives,and bell peppers..6 wings..By far,this was the absolute best pizza I've gotten from them..Service was a breeze being I ordered online.

For the last couple years this location has continued to decline in all categories. Long wait times and cold food is the standard but tonight took the cake. I ordered jalapeno bites with my order and what was delivered was unrecognizable. An employee at the location had to make the actual decision to send these out. They refunded the amount for the bites but nothing more. When you order food for delivery, you do so based on the entirety of the meal arriving. When one or more items are inedible, you actually change the meal for the whole party, hence you should refund the entirety of the meal, especially when it's this egregious.

Just left Papa John’s on Hackberry… What a dump! The folks here in Northport could teach them a lot on, how to treat people, and just do things right! Northport Papa John is my new go to! Superb management!

Before I moved to Northport I used to get Papa Johns all the time. Since I have been here (2.5 years) I have not had a single good experience with this store. I have consistently had my order show up wrong and/or poorly made. My daughter wanted me to get Papa Johns last night because she loved the garlic dipping sauce. I reluctantly ordered it. It showed up on time and correct, However, it was an under cooled mess. I had to put it back in the over to finish cooking the crust. It has raw dough in the middle of the pizza. This is not the first time I have received a pizza from this store in this condition. If I wanted to make my own pizza, I would not spend $50 on the order! I would go to the grocery store or that place in Down Town Northport and get a pizza. I wanted something convenient because I was busy! I did not even bother to call the store about it this time. In the past the have offered to bring me a new pizza that was going to take over an hour to get to me or comp me on my next order. I opted for the Comp on the next order. A week later I tried to use this "Comp" and was told they have no idea who I was and that I had to pay for the pizza. This store sucks. It is managed poorly and puts out a bad product.

I placed an order online and it said it would be TWO HOURS before my pizza was delivered! I called the store and they confirmed that. I cancelled immediately! That’s a ridiculous wait for a pizza!! ?

Why do we continue supporting businesses with staff that don't smile, don't say thank you, and don't seem to give a sh*t if we're there or not. We spend our hard-earned money to be made to feel unwelcome. DON'T BOTHER WITH THS LOCATION!

This place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. I waited over two months and several follow ups only for Norma to avoid doing her job. Let me clarify that she DID email me back, but it was generic and unhelpful. When she did say she would fix the issue, she did never mail out my “coupon” or bother to offer just making it for me to come pick it up. By month two, I was following up for giggles just to prove how unprofessional this establishment is. To be clear, Norma or Eric (Dm) have yet resolve the issue. As much as I love Papa Johns and the product, Pizza Hut will forever get my business moving forward because of this. It could have been easily fixed, but instead was ignored.

I got The Works and replace the Baby Portabello Mushroom with Pineapple it was so good, as for covid-19 they did not no contact delivery and just left it at the door but papa Johns never fails even though I cheat on them for dominos

Ordered a pizza online at 10:49 am to be delivered at 12. I put in my cell phone number so that it could update me on status, one hour later around 11:46 I decided to make sure it was on its way by making a call to the store. The employee that greeted me told me I just ordered the pizza a few mins ago. I had asked and it was confirmed by email that the pizza be delivered at 12. I asked if she might could get it there by 12:15. The employee was very rude to me. Told me they were very busy and treated me as if I had just ordered the pizza put me on a long hold after she told me she didn’t think she could get it there by 12:15 and after the 8 minute hold, she said the pizzas were ready and driver was leaving now. The problem is before she placed me on long hold it was more like I can’t do 12:15. I had pulled over at Pizza Hut. Placed an order, paid, and had them tell me they could have my pizza ready in 10 mins. Lost a customer today.
