This location has always had a kind courteous staff with a positive & premium outcome with the food they prepare & serve. The only negative thing that I've had issues with, is not ever being able to contact an employee or place an order by phone (you just stay on hold listening to the recording). Having to use the App or Website to place an order.
Pizza Hut as a whole has change greatly since my childhood. And that's sad because its not as much of a family oriented restaurant as it once was. That being said they had to change with the times . Today's visit was an example of those times. I ordered my pizza online. Paid for it online. Even gave them a review online. My only interaction with the store or person today was when I walked in to pick up my order. So I guess for today it was a flawless experience.
Doors were suppose to open for lunch. They didn't open until past time to open. The salad and lunch buffet wasn't up to standards. Lacking options and wasn't cooked well. Wasn't very clean and waitress was very slow and not to friendly or professional!!
