Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Full mediocrity. They may have been short staffed, but this typical Tuscaloosa mediocrity. The young man was mumbling and took my order between counters instead of behind a register. He wasn't rude, just seemingly disinterested. The chicken sandwich was really disappointing. I've never tried Popeyes before and was hoping for better. It was clean, though!Oh well...
Gotta say a response in same day is good. Upped a star for atmosphere because of that and it really was clean proof is in the pics.

Come here at rare occasions, the food is good and the people are nice. Sometimes they make mistakes but always try to correct and makeup.

Nasty rat infested building. The parking lot smells of a horrible sewage leak. Why are you open if you have rats? Where is your conscience ? How can Popeyes afford to stay in this building and pay out wages to employees and managers who won’t do their jobs , won’t help customers, but they can’t afford pest control? Just shut it down. I can’t believe anyone would even eat here

So this is why it takes so long at the drive thru? & my food was nasty? The drive thru smells like a garage dumpster. So I could only imagine the inside! Do better Popeyes or shut the location down.

They advertised a meal that they didn't have when I was there. They had no bone in chicken wings. I left. The area was very dirty and untidy on the outside. I did not go inside.

Great food, but little to no service.
12:30 lunchtime and very few cars there. No service, No communication after 10 minutes.

Parking: Parking lot is horrible, pothole in drive-thru is unacceptable.
