As a loyal fast-food enthusiast, I was excited to try Popeyes, given its reputation for serving delicious fried chicken. However, my recent experience left me utterly disappointed and disgusted.Firstly, let's talk about the service. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with an atmosphere that can only be described as chaotic. The staff quickly directed me to the exit as they were serving drive-thru only. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed as it was only two of them at work, leading to long wait times and a complete lack of customer care. It felt like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of the customers.Now, onto the food. I ordered the 8-piece chicken, expecting it to live up to the hype. What I received was a soggy, greasy mess that bore little resemblance to the appetizing images plastered on their advertisements. I was deceived as they notified me that they had to drop more chicken and that it would take 10 minutes. I responded with “I’ll wait”. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the overall flavor was bland at best. It was as if they had assembled it hours ago and left it sitting under a heat lamp to wither away.Overall, my experience at Popeyes was nothing short of a disaster. From the subpar food to the abysmal service and lack of cleanliness, it's safe to say that I will not be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a different fast-food joint if you're craving fried chicken. Popeyes has lost a customer for life.

On 03/04/2024, I go in to order food, as I walk in the door, no greeting and you could feel the unpleasant stares and soon after I was told drive-thru only, that's fine, I go get in the drive-thru line, having to wait about 15mins, with two cars sitting behind me. I finally get to order and the drive-thru attendant was so unpleasant, get to the window, no greeting, just rude, finally I get my food, only for it to be wrong order, the order belonged to the person ahead of me, to whom they had to pull up. I saw them unbox the order I gave back to them, after I've opened it and gave it to the person it belonged too. (sidenote: THAT'S UNSANITARY). At this point I was ask to pull forward and wait 4 or so more minutes. After waiting 5 more minutes on top of the 4 minutes, I decided to go get a refund and walking in I noticed someone dining in. On top of that no greeting, but about 6 employees were standing around on top of possibly 2 team leaders. I stayed calm and then ask if Corporates number was listed on my receipt, a team lead responded and said "yes", for that to be the untruth. I had to google to find the correct number for Corporate. She knew they had messed up. I've worked in deli's and restaurants and I know if you communicate with the customer and give them a time frame on their orders, things could go a lot smoother, these folks didn't do any of that. They all gave me ugly stares and not one, including the Team Leaders, apologize for such a horrible experience.

Went inside looked at menu and then was told they were drive thru only. So I left and went to drive thru. On the speaker is a big sign that says no ice. I ordered 2 combos go to window and was asked to pull to the door. There was know one else in line so not sure why I had to pull up. Waited at the door for almost 20 min for my food. Get home and order was completely wrong . Rude service and bad food

I live close to this store I love Popeyes food but since covid or around 2019 this store completely fell apart, first bad experience was at lunch at drive threw after ordering was told they were out of chicken yes chicken place no chicken was on lunch break wasted my time could have closed store or put sign up in front or something. Second bad experience and happens often i can tell from reviews was lunch time long line i waited got to order window i ordered and they said we only taking cash i was so pissed, who has cash these days and again should have closed store or put sign out front not waste peoples time . Third bad experience was this past Saturday night pull up to order window and had sign hanging said drive to pickup window to order. wow strike three popeyes im never coming back to this store its ridiculous i know things happen but this store is constantly messed up one reason or another and has been for years. if you are the owner please shut it down stop giving Popeyes bad reputation. oh yea the dinning room has been closed for years they let friends or whatever in but not public.

You can’t go in to eat. It is drive-thru only bc they said they don’t have enough workers!! It’s been like this since Covid hit in 2020!!! Either hire some more ppl or shut the damn doors!!!

The chicken was not freshly cooked. The restaurant did not have honey for the biscuits. I think if you serve biscuits(store honey) if you serve chicken ( store hot sauce and ketchup)

Walked in the door, they hustled me out said drive thru only. Then in the drive thru I tried to order chicken wings, and they said I couldn't order just chicken wings I drove away, and had a nice lunch down the street, where I could sit down and order whatever was on the menu. I won't be back at Popeyes, and it used to be my weekly favorite.

Stopped at 8:30pm on November 24, 2023 in drive thru and were told they didn't have any tenders or nuggets cooked and wouldn't be cooking anymore tonight. They are open until 10pm so it says online.
