Waited in line for several minutes, thought parking and ordering would be faster... I was wrong. They never took my order from parked location, so I sucked it up and made an app order... 30 minutes later employee brings food to car (basically throws it through the window without a single word.) Order was completely wrong but we were so tired and hangry at this point, we didn't say anything . But you can do better, Sonic. ... Wasted so many unnecessary dollars, minutes and calories on this trip.

When I pulled up at 10:50-11pm I pressed the button because I knew exactly what I was getting.Well I waited till the button went off and had to hit it again 4 more times in all. I would have left but I was wanting a Reese blast so bad. I drove 30 mins one way just for one. Anyways waited even longer till finally the rudest person I have ever dealt with from any fast food establishment in my life. Was very rude when I tried to order the ice cream she informed me the ice cream was out. She could have let me know that in the beginning and I would have left and I would have no longer been a huge burden to her. I don't believe for one second the ice cream was out. I do know one thing for certain, I will never in my life go to this sonic again. I'm so nice and for her to treat me like she did I can't even imagine how many people came in contact with her and what they had to endure. If y'all want to keep any kind of business, you might want to give her a job where she has no contact with the customers at all. So thanks very much for wasting my time and gas.

This is the 3rd time they have gotten something wrong in our order. 1st time they put raw onions instead of cooked, 2nd time they gave us tots instead of fries and now they have given me a burger with nothing but lettuce and onions 😒 I’m currently sick and only wanted a delicious burger and got a tasteless dry one…

The worst sonic tried to order a drink for my little girl on door dash been trying to have order delivered for hours but keep turning the drivers away saying it’s been picked up when hasn’t door dash has tried calling but they want answer Ives tried calling want answer and it’s just a drink like what’s so hard about refusing a drink if the driver is sitting there clearly showing you the order hasn’t been picked up

Employee here was so rude she did not even have to say anything her eyes set it all just because I did not grab my to go order from her fast enough she rolled her eyes and started taking things off the train and putting them on the table my apologies to you but not all people are in great health I have neuropathy do not feel much in my hands and it is very difficult for me to grab things quickly sorry if I didn't meet up to your standards but maybe the manager needs to look into the kind of employees they hire thanks for making me feel out of place

Ordered a #3 Medium Cheese Burger Plain with Mozzarella sticks and a coke. Got near cold mozzarella sticks and a meat patty with almost no warmth with the s cheese still cold. When I asked for mozzarella sticks hot they just took some off the heat lamps and microwaved them to give to me. Service is poor and food is worse. Avoid this location if possible.

This mess is cold and old 😡😡😡 this why I stop eating there. 4 years later and no change. I need a refund $27 worth of waste. My grandson fingers and fries cold. Husband hamburger cold with these old cold fries. My popcorn chicken and fries cold.
