My footlong tasted like a Vienna sausage, the cheese was horrible only thing that was good was the chilli and bread ! I asked for a diet limeade, I got a cherry limeade!! They didn't give us our change like they were waiting to see if we wanted it... omg this location has gone downhill...... ugh !!!!

Sonic gives you that old feel which I love and appreciate! It has a sense of nostalgia but as far as the service it is absolutely nauseating because as a customer or delivery driver I have never received fast friendly service unless it's day time because at night the workers do what they want. I wish I had a picture for proof but my mother in law were delivering together and actually witnessed 4 different employees come out and walk up to a car and were pouring alcohol in their sonic cups so maybe that's why theres such a long wait time and your order is messed up 🤷🏽‍♀️

I often eat at sonic, it is actually my favorite fast food place. I was in a rush so I decided to do a mobile order, I placed my order at 9:39, it is 10pm, I’ve been here for 15 minutes. All I ordered was a slushie…. Not to mention I tapped the red button, no one answered. The customer service here is always bad, but I put up with it because this is my favorite fast food establishment. Fix this, scaring away business

PLEASE FIX THE SCREENS. It's been months now where over half the screens are off, torn up, the red button isn't working, etc. Everytime I visit I have to move to three different spots because I cannot place an order.

Back to edit my review. My daughters and I went to Sonic Friday night. We could hear the person taking the order clearly. Order was brought out quickly and the woman who brought our food was very professional (I think she was likely a manager). Our order was right for the first time at this location. They even put the lime and cherry that everyone loves in the Diet Cherry Limeades.
Thank you for taking feedback to heart and improving service for customers who choose to spend their money at your establishment.

This Sonic is not good. My food is almost always cold, and the fries are always hard. It takes an extremely long time for them to bring me my food. I ordered mozzarella sticks and there was no cheese in most of them. I ordered mozzarella sticks, not sticks.

This location needs to be severely updated or just closed. The parking lot has holes everywhere, majority of the stalls don’t work and it looks outdated. They were out of a lot of items that i originally requested. I had to wait a long time for my order, which came cold and the slushies are not properly mixed. I had a stomachache after i ate the food. Will definitely not be returning. Needs new management

It's a Sonic, but a little run down. The speaker cut in and out when ordered and the person who delivered the food didn't speak and looked like they were put out they had to serve us.

Stopped by around 9pm one evening to grab something quick to eat. Although I was only 1 of 3 customers there at the time, I waited at least 20 mins for a small order of mozzarella sticks (for which they forgot marinara sauce) and a 3 piece tender (which were hard and cold). Originally I tried ordering the supersonic breakfast burrito but the employee said they were out of eggs for it. Guessing they just didn't want to get them out. The only redeeming factor in any way was the very friendly waiter that brought my food. Very poor experience overall.
