This location needs to be severely updated or just closed. The parking lot has holes everywhere, majority of the stalls don’t work and it looks outdated. They were out of a lot of items that i originally requested. I had to wait a long time for my order, which came cold and the slushies are not properly mixed. I had a stomachache after i ate the food. Will definitely not be returning. Needs new management

It's a Sonic, but a little run down. The speaker cut in and out when ordered and the person who delivered the food didn't speak and looked like they were put out they had to serve us.

Stopped by around 9pm one evening to grab something quick to eat. Although I was only 1 of 3 customers there at the time, I waited at least 20 mins for a small order of mozzarella sticks (for which they forgot marinara sauce) and a 3 piece tender (which were hard and cold). Originally I tried ordering the supersonic breakfast burrito but the employee said they were out of eggs for it. Guessing they just didn't want to get them out. The only redeeming factor in any way was the very friendly waiter that brought my food. Very poor experience overall.

It smells so horrible all around the building. I've been in the town 33 years. I think the city needs to upgrade the sewers and draining around the whole watermelon road area and the whole shopping and eat at and around it's the worse smelling on the right side of the building. I don't even want to roll down my window to get my food.

Simply Never Took Our Order, I Should've Took A Hint When I Seen Cars Just Pulling Out Fast And Leaving . Anyways, They Looked At Us Through The Window, Just Fire Everyone. Visited 3 Times, Food Once 😂 Lol I Promise You This Store Not Making Over $300 Open And Closed . Nastiest Attitudes To Brick Old Food, Close This Place Down ! All Negative Reviews Are Completely True And I Wish I Seen It Before Going .

Ordered Friday (04/04/2025) @ 9pm. Not the first time I’ve received poor quality food from this location within the past two weeks. Both burgers I received last night were completely mushy in the middle.

Waited in line for several minutes, thought parking and ordering would be faster... I was wrong. They never took my order from parked location, so I sucked it up and made an app order... 30 minutes later employee brings food to car (basically throws it through the window without a single word.) Order was completely wrong but we were so tired and hangry at this point, we didn't say anything . But you can do better, Sonic. ... Wasted so many unnecessary dollars, minutes and calories on this trip.
