The drive thru always ask people to pull around , the service is terrible, I can’t believe I still try to come to this place , I would rather drive across town then pull in this hell hole

Advertise open so when you work nights and come there for your lunch break only to have them tell you they are closed an hour early,means no time left and finish up the night hungry. Happens more than normal.

I'm really getting tired of the trend where managers of local restaurants or any fast food restaurants are willing to hide behind door dashes unbelievably dog shit customer service to avoid any culpability. Y'all contracted with doordash to have people pick up your delivery orders through your app, you are equally as responsible for my delivery not getting delivered as the doordash driver. You all contracted with doordash, but I ordered through you. This happens again and again, but this Taco Bell is the only one where I seem to have issues. Whether it's doordash drivers lying about the Taco Bell or Taco Bell lying about the doordash drivers, they just passing the buck and nobody gets anything resolved.
I said my order very clearly at the speaker box, she told me to pull around. They missed half the order, and I was told I couldnt add anything at the window. I just said okay and paid for what I could, then sat there and waited while watching 2 workers sit at the window and laugh and joke. Then I was told to park up front and waited for 20 minutes for my order. Would be different if they had a good attitude at all or were the slightest bit kind. Very upsetting.

Food is overall good but if they’re open til 2am(from what the website says including drive through) they shouldn’t be able to just not accept orders from drive through especially since they weren’t busy. Probably due to them turning away normal orders. Was told they were only accepting DoorDash orders or orders on the app. If you’re not going to accept normal drive through orders, just block off the entrance and quit wasting peoples time. They need to hire or get more help if it’s happening due to being short staffed.

Terrible customer service. Food is good but the customer service definitely needs work. I didn't know talk about was having a hard time hiring decent people. Every time I go there's always employees and people outside in the front smoking. Terrible experience
