I ordered burrito supreme and told them I did not want lettuce on it. When I got home to eat it, it is full of lettuce. Had to throw away cause I don't like lettuce.

Horrible service. Only 2 people here (including me) and we both ordered through the drive through (after waiting 15 minutes) to actually order because each one of us were told to HANG ON! FINALLY ordered and told to park in parking lot that food would be brought to us….. 20 minutes later….. I see the other lady getting out of her car to go in because she has been waiting as well as I have. NO ONE ELSE IS HERE HOLDING ANYONE UP! This is ridiculous. And when food was finally given to me 4 things on my order were not in the bag! And I had to turn around and go back to get them.

As much as I love Taco Bell, I’ll drive an extra 5 minutes down the road to the next nearest one from now on. By far the worst experience I’ve had here. Photos will explain a lot of it. Pizza turned upright instead of lying flat. Cinnamon twist thrown in the bag upside down. Not only that, my cinnamon twist and pizza taste like burnt grease. I understand the times we are in call for desperate measure, but if you can’t find anyone with enough decency to take care of people’s food they paid for, shut the doors down.
Bristol Park Taco Bell is top. Employees there need a raise. I've never been there when they weren't at their best,making the freshest order every single time. Don't ever change Bristol Park Bell. We love you ? ❤️

Look it's Taco Bell. You know how the food is. The service at this one was top notch for my visit.
Waited 10 minutes inside to order because we were paying cash. Took our order fine, but took another 15 minutes to get our food. Saw 4 workers just standing around, giggling and paying ZERO attention to customers. Got home and 4 of the steak quesadillas we ordered barely had anything on them. Tried calling the store and it rang on and on. No one answering. Very unprofessional atmosphere.
