Horrible experience. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so decided to go inside to purchase my to-go order. After sitting there for a half hour in front of the counter, I stood up to check on the order since several people who ordered after me had already received their food, to only find out they lost my order. I overheard them say that there was a power glitch but not once did they offer an explanation so I asked for a refund. Someone in the back said that they were working on my order. There was no sense of urgency at all when they realized what happened. When they handed me my food, they did not offer an apology. I am a very understanding guy, and had they been genuinely concerned and apologetic, I would have been fine but no one there has had any customer service training. Taco Casa, please do better.

Ordered tacos and sopapia. Usually the sopapia is really good but this was disappointing. There was NO SUGAR on the chips. I actually paid for a bag of chips and I’m really ticked off
The drive thru was rude and said nothing when they opened the window to take my money just stared at me with a hand out. The food was incredibly plain and not good quality. Figured a family place would be more friendly. The drink was fine though. It wasn't busy inside or in the drive thru that day either so not sure what happened.
