I went in to order. I ordered right away, and the person was very friendly. As he took my order, he said the only frosties we have are the new flavor. Hee said, "He'll " have to ring you up, my register signed out. He went ahead and fixed my frosties. The other guy had a "cash box" from a register. His back was to me, so I guess he was checking the money. Someone else came in, and the guy tried his register again, and it worked. Meanwhile, I was still waiting, watching my order melt. The guy was getting the other persons order, walked in front of me, and said, "Have you been rung up?" I said no, and he slid the two frosties toward me and said,"There you go." I thanked him. I think this was the right thing for him to do since I wasn't offered fresh frosties.

Hi,I went to Wendy’s in Northport yesterday morning & the service was horrible. The lady in drive thru window attitude sucked very bad & on top of that my food wasn’t fresh. I’m a regular customer who goes at least 3 times a week for breakfast. Idk what has changed but they need to fix it. I won’t be back until they get better with customer & food service. Maybe new management or someone who will stay on top of things.

Stopped in to get my wife and I something to eat. As I pulled in, several employees were outside. I ordered our food which in turn I was given watered down sodas, our food ended up being cold and the customer service was none existent. I noticed a sign that said hiring for all positions. I think since the owner is unable to hire qualified managers to see after the horrible employees, the store should just close. We will not be back. If I wanted cold food, I would have just ate at home.

Definitely short staffed like many places. The speaker in the drive thru is horrible. You can’t understand what they say. The lights on the menu board done work. So if you go at night, it’s very hard to read. I got my order and I ordered a large Coke and there was no ice in the cup. I asked if they had ice and they said no the machines broke. The guy the window was very nice. You can tell that the owner does not invest much in this location. No lights and no ice machine.
