Who in the world thought it was a good idea to have someone take your order no where near the menu board. How dumb are you to suggest that?

The food is great but the skimping on the sauce is just damn annoying why is it that i get three full meals and get 4 things of sauce for all 3 meals thats ridiculous

Food was as expected for a fast food place not bad, and the guy at the window was nice enough but it took 35 min to go threw the drive threw with 4 people in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous for a "fast food" restaurant that appears to be fully staffed.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing and my car, also my home as Im that first world kind of homeless broke down in the parking lot. I just wanted to place an oder for a big zax snack but it took talking to 5 different people inside to communicate that, then I got ran around and ignored untill they was fully closed, I'm hungry, homeless, and had 15$ to my name but I will never come here again. All but one employee I spoke to was very inconsiderate of my situation, an older white lady looked at me like I was a incredible inconvenience to her.

Yall ain't closed, I didnt ask for a big meal.

I just wanted to eat today.

Instead I'll wait till tomorrow, if I can get my home moveing again. If not I guess I'll go back under the underpass.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the fried white cheddar bites. The girl who took my order and handed me my food was super rude. I get home and only have 5 cheddar bites in the box. Freaking ridiculous!!! I tried to call and tell someone about the situation, but no one answered the phone. As someone who works in the food industry, this is absolutely pathetic.

There was a misunderstanding (on my part, not the store’s), and the store manager Miss Ericka went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location!!! Excellent customer service, excellent food, excellent atmosphere; they don’t miss!!

Terrible service in the drive through. Was asked to pull forward and order was forgotten. Had to park, go in the store and find someone to assist with order. It was ready and simply sitting behind the counter. No apology.

My guy Zane is out here killing it! 5/26/24 @ 11:40. Dude knew the menu inside and out. He also didn’t complain when I wanted to go back and change an item on my order. Invest in this guy and appreciate the great employee you have!

Great customer service. Never usually have too many issues at this location. But the other day I had an order that was messed up pretty bad, but the manager Erika reached out and offered to remake the entire order to make it up. Greatly appreciated customer service!
