PUT THE SAUCE THAT COMES WITH MY FOOD IN THE BAG/BOX AND STOP ACTING LIKE ITS COMING OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK WHEN I HAVE TO ASK FOR THE SAUCE THAT LITERALLY COMES WITH THE ORDER..So sick of every time I place an order here it’s basically a coin toss if they added the sauce I asked for or not and then act rude when I have to point out their mistake that they left out the sauce… ridiculous

The front line staff at the location on 12/10 were horrible! I came to pick up DoorDash and the guy up front was rude and had put order in wrong location. When I asked about it he said they were still working on it, but it was already completed. He was rude.

The line being long is fine I’ll sit for however long I know the struggle of fast food and drive thrus. But we then sat at the window for probably 20+ minutes waiting on the food and after waiting all that time I would at least expect to get some hot food. My boyfriends meal is hot mine is ice cold, so y’all let some food sit there for 20 minutes while you’re dropping four tenders and some fries in the back. Now trying to call back to get some type of compensation for the trouble we went through and getting no answer.

Was there with The Sounds of Joy, everything went well, and the customer service was awesome!! Chicken parm fries weren't bad either!!!
I ordered a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, and after waiting in the drive through for 20 mins I was told I had to come inside and wait for my food. It was already past the estimated pick up time. I was still in Pajamas and was not planning to have to come inside hence why I ordered through the drive thru. Not very considerate or rational if they could make every other car's food who was in the line and not mine who ordered ahead. I've worked over two years at Chick-fil-a and we would never make a customer who order through drive though come in and wait.

Visited at 6:30 on a Friday evening. Ordered chicken finger dinner. Chicken fingers were cold and hard and french fries were also cold. Coleslaw was good bread was OK restaurant seemed clean, but we do not plan to eat here again.

I could eat here everyday I usually get the Kickin Chicken but they came out with this new chicken bacon ranch box and it is so good I add hot sauce to it it's cut up chicken tenders fries cheese ranch and bacon all cut up and put in a bowl together it is so
