Jacks has always been a go-to for me, but lately I’ve noticed the food quality just hasn’t been as consistent. It’s not only this location either — I’ve seen the same thing at several Jacks locations over the last couple of months while traveling. On the positive side, the customer service here was great, and the food was delivered quickly. I’m hoping the overall quality improves, because the service side of it is still doing a good job.
The building is newly remodeled and looks great, but the vents are leaking dirty liquid down on a table and in the chairs

Food is decent at times but no so much at others. Typical fast food experience which means it's more about convenience than actually having something good to eat. Bathrooms are atrocious as the same dead bug was on the floor for a week in the same exact spot so cleanliness is not their forté.
Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of vegan dishes.
